They worked very hard to make sure they understood what we wanted and where we wanted it. We are picky and didn't know what we were doing. They were patient and walked us through all the options, with good suggestions and ideas. At times they really went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, rerouting vents and pipes so we could have niches and medicine cabinets exactly where we wanted them. He provided the estimate in a timely manner and worked with us to tailor it as we decided what exactly we wanted to do. I believe that the price provided was fair and a good value considering the scope of work. The job ended up including the replacement of a garage side door, major repair of stucco around a new electrical panel (including inside the garage) plus stucco repairs around the entire exterior, repainting of all stucco repairs, and repair and repainting of all wood trim including the new door and the front door. Fred was the project manager/foreman assigned to our project and he was also a consummate professional. He was there daily and took care of supervising the multiple subcontractors who were onsite working as well as doing a lot of work himself. He was very good at keeping me in the loop and went over and above to deliver an excellent job. All the subcontractors were pleasant and were great about cleaning up at the end of each day.
