Reached out to them for a quote and sent pictures. Gonen replied back and I sent him some pictures of the job. He asked if I was working with insurance and I said Yes. He replied and said they don't deal with insurance and have a nice day goodbye. Which is funny because insurance already gave me a cash payment to find the contractor and they would not need deal with the insurance company at all! I already did that part. So after talking himself out of the job, I just let him know that he wasn't going to be dealing with the insurance company in the first place. He then replied that actually, the job was too small for them. Just a very strange interaction. If it was too small why didnt he say so upfront. Update: now I'm getting harassing and threatening voicemails and texts from both owners for My previous review. They have literally just made up a lie saying they told me my work estimate was too small (how could that have been communicated when the last thing they ever sent me was that they would send over an estimate later that day??? And apparently Oded had an urgent matter come up and they claim "as you may be aware". Noooooo I am not. Because my whole review is about the fact that there was no communication from them!!! This is not okay. You cannot and will not bully me. My review is based on truths and my experience. I had one of the owners (Oden?) come out to help plan my new kitchen. I told them I had already gotten cabinets from Ikea and needed demo, new floors, windows replaced and painting. He told me about how they make their own cabinets. But after he left I found out it would be too chaotic to return all 112 packages of cabinets I had received. He said he'd send me an estimate later that day with the personalized cabinets included in the quote.. I called and said I don't need cabinets but just need the other work done. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my quote. I bet if I had ordered his cabinets Id would've gotten the quote.
