We placed an order on March 26, 2025 and were originally told that it would be shipped within 2 weeks. As of todays date, August 8, 2025, we have not received the item. We have not received any follow-up communication. We have not received a tracking number. We have emailed numerous times and there is never a response to our emails. We've made numerous phone calls and no one ever answers so we leave a message. No return phone calls are ever received. I attempted to call today, August 8, 2025, and KATIE actually answered, then put me on hold and after holding for 10 minutes and 26 seconds, the call was disconnected. I tried to call back and there was no answer. I think it is fair to say the 4.5 months is ample amount of time to order and receive a product. We are now trying to wrap up this installation and can not do it without these basket liners. Horrible, Horrible communication. Definitely DO NOT do business with this company. Mistake made was not reading the Yelp reviews before ordering. Concur with everyone. "Customer Service" is a misnomer here. Calls will NEVER be returned. Email responses are not timely, and only received after several follow-ups. Horrendous communication all around. Ordered a vanity. Marble top and base shipped together. Marble top arrived shattered. Notified Kitchensource. After a few emails, they responded they would have replacement shipped. Was never able to get updates after that communication. Assuming they were replacing the entire vanity, they wound up sending only the top (back to lack of communication). After then unpackaging the base, found it was damaged as well. Of course they are now saying this is past the 10 days to report damage. Sucks to be you. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. read more

I ordered a corner cabinet retrofit from them. It did arrive in August (it took a couple months to get my unit, but the price was about $100 less.) We found the install diagram was inaccurate and I wanted to report this to them. But the KitchenSource.com website is not found. I quess I was one of the lucky ones. read more

Just a heads-up if you're thinking of ordering from Kitchen Source: They claim items are returnable with just a 15% restocking fee after 30 days, and since they're based in Connecticut, I figured worst case I'd just have to pay return shipping there (I'm in NY). But what they don't tell you is that if they ship your order directly from the manufacturer, you have to return it there too. In my case, the item came from Canada, and shipping it back would've cost more than the product itself. Pretty unacceptable and super misleading, if you ask me. Definitely think twice before ordering from them. read more

We received damaged rev-a-shelf hidden corner shelving. I called and someone named Katie answered immediately. I explained due to our construction schedule we needed to proceed with installation but that I was very unsatisfied with the damage. She was understanding and said simple send an email directly to her with our mailing label and she would contact us with a refund. Now no one will respond to email nor will they answer the phone - calls ring a few times and then go to voicemail. I am assuming they have a system that recognizes our phone numbers and now we go straight their voicemail trash can. Wonder how they stay at the top of the search engines looking like a reputable company. Why don't we have internet police?!?! read more

I cancelled AN order a few minutes after it was placed on the phone because my contractor said that it's not what he needed and made me a list of things he needed. I called and was told by Trish that she cancelled it. But when I called back a few hours later to go through my list , I was told it was not cancelled. Please make sure that you cancel this order like I was told. Telling me you created a label does not mean that it shipped. Even Superman cannot process an order that fast . I called the manufacture and was told only you guys can cancel it, Since I am not their client. By the way when I spoke to Trish to cancel there was NO label created. Only when I called again to check on the cancellation 3 Hours later I was put on hold for 5 minutes and what do you know a LABEL was created. read more

I had the worst experience ordering online from KitchenSource. My order for the Vigo Shower Enclosure (6502003) was cancelled twice, and the only way I found out was by calling them--no emails, no notifications, nothing. KitchenSource claimed that Vigo had cancelled the order, but when I contacted Vigo's customer support, they confirmed that KitchenSource had cancelled it themselves. To make matters worse, KitchenSource outright refused to ship my order without providing any explanation. I even offered to include a Vigo representative in an email to confirm that my address was valid, but KitchenSource rejected this. I always asked KitchenSource to ship to a legitimate U.S. address (not a PO box), but they still refused. Avoid buying from KitchenSource at all costs--they are unprofessional and unreliable. read more

Placed an order for a range hood, order status stated it would ship within three days. After waiting nearly two weeks, order status still hadn't changed. Tried contacting Kitchensource via phone and email multiple times, with no response. Resorted to filing a complaint through PayPal, which miraculously elicited an email from Kitchensource, who stated it would ship within two days. Five days later, I was issued a refund with no explanation. Bottom line, Kitchensource's "customer service" is an absolute joke. I called at least ten times, and not once did anyone answer. I would give negative stars. Hafele lazy susan was received seriously damaged. Due to busy kitchen cabinet guy, who understandably didn't open the box until he was ready to do our job, just after the return window. No exceptions were made even though they didn't explore shorter shipping channels with Hafele to minimize damage en route to the west coast....they just didn't care. And then when speaking with Hafele executives, they threatened me to never raise this issue with anyone and keep it quiet. But others need to know to STAY AWAY from Kitchen Source and Hafele, on principle....this review is from someone who rarely posts reviews. read more

Pink Order paper showing it was set out on dock to ship MONDAY 11/18/19 #3 The uniform Bill of Landing BOL # KBX433410119 Tender date 11/19/2019 (3rd business day when item is in stock it will ship as confirmed by NICE lady I called and ask night before ordering this vanity ) under Billing Reference the pickup date from freight company was 11/20/2019. #4 I have copies of my computer history where I checked on 11/25 and tracking number wouldn't work, I waited until 11/27 as it was late and I had Thanksgiving things to do. So on 27th I called in at 11:08 to y'all and was told she couldn't track either and would call me back, I then called UPS Freight at 11:12 and was told it was lost, in a panic I called y'all back and said I need another one sent out ASAP as I am paying a contractor and time is money. I explained I paid an extra $300 + because it was in stock and would ship ASAP ... She said she would get back to me ( And never did) It was Thanksgiving and I had to put on back burner. When Monday came in it took the contractor said I have to move on and come back to this, He had other obligations as he was working on multiple projects. So we stopped working on bathroom. Had it got to me as promised by your website it would have been opened ASAP. But again ( I've said this so many times I feel like a broken record ) They called late afternoon on the 5th of December said I had to home all day the next day of the 6th from 9am to 3pm. I had numerous things to get done it town and ask if they could call right before they were to arrive? Nope, you just have to wait. So I did till 5pm and headed off to town. The driver called at 6:05 stating he was here with my delivery I explained I couldn't run home yet and he said " All you have to do is shoot me a text and say it's ok to leave it and I can do that!" I said Great, thanks so much ! He never stated to open box or anything, NO INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL !!!!! AGAIN FOR 5TH OR 6TH TIME I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING. It was late when I finished in town and I was tired , I shut garage door and went to bed. When contractor finished Kitchen ( Or at stopping point ) he wanted to go back to back bathroom to get that done so I could get the carpet laid and I could move back into my one room in my warm house as it is difficult to live in RV in my Driveway ( as I've stated before I am disabled ) so he opened the box while I was at my Pain Dr. in Boise Id and called said it was busted up. Now y'all had said the tracking showed it went all over Texas, ect. ( I am waiting for complete tracking from UPS Freight as to all the multipule places it traveled and got shuffled around ) So I'm sure it has been on several trucks. moved around , shuffled around , other boxes and crap sat on top it so my guess is it was damaged in freight. I evened called back and told y'all I'm an honest person and my contractor said that package has been thru the mill. So now one more time, I am asking you to make this right with me the customer. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. When I called it you ( I believe your who I spoke to said " I think James Martin's policy is two weeks. I will check and call you back, well that didn't happen either you wouldn't call so you sent out your 1st of many emails trying to buffalo me. It was the holiday time things were crazy and My contractor took off a couple days to be with his family. I only had the vanity in my possession a couple of days to be exact for 15 and working days, not A MONTH THAT YOU NOW ARE SAYING.... HOLY HANNAH , STOP ADDING TO YOUR STORY TO MAKE THIS MY FAULT.
