When I'm working in Vancouver I always use the Clark Drive location, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They carry the full line of products including the full line of Industrial products (most don't keep them on hand). There is plenty of parking right out front and I can phone in orders which saves me time and money. They always do there best to offer the most competitive prices and even offer special pricing for me on larger projects. Can't say enough about these guys, highly recomended.

Today there was a "glitch" with the price of our purchase - first I saw that it was on sale in the computer, then not. But Leroy asked management to honour the lower price and they did. They upsell you on warranty and tell you a bunch of things are covered under the warranty. By the time you need the warranty for those things and you call them to talk about it, they tell you that your specific issue is not covered. Both my wife and I remember the conversation vividly and we were told "No, I would never have said that issue is covered".

It was slight confusing on our first visit because they are 2 separate businesses which share a common centre in-store stairwell. Service was good. Since the only one available was a floor model, we were offered a reasonable 10% discount. A good alternative to sleeker and more stylish Scandinavian furniture in town than the mothership from Sweden.

Maria took so much time with us explaining how the frame could be customized: I wanted the headboard a little lower, with some of it open to the wall behind it, rather than solid wood right to the top. Nothing was too much trouble. Then she showed us the different wood stains I could choose. Personalized service throughout. Several times later, I emailed questions to her; her answers were prompt and detailed. As promised, the bed was delivered a week ago, early February, as promised. The Coquitlam store also kept me informed on a regular basis of the ETA. I was provided with the contact for the delivery men and they in turn also gave me a window of time for next day's delivery, then called just prior to arrival. Several days after delivery I heard by phone again, to find out if I was happy with everything. I am so happy with the design of the bed, the professional finish on the wood. It suits my bedroom perfectly. The four drawers operate smoothly and provide good storage. After seeing the mattress in the showroom, I had decided to order it, too. A very rude salesman came running over and raised his voice at her saying "why would you touch that?!" My poor gf tried in disbelief to explain what was happening but the man was so rude he didn't even apologize! We left in disbelief that an employee would react so unprofessionally! I believe that employees are just as important as the brand or company they represent and this was in no way reflective of the beautiful furnishings inside the store.
