When I explained my frustrations, the owner requested a conversation. When I called back, she decided she was too busy to answer the call I was returning. Our child was forced out of the program with less than 14 days' notice, which was very upsetting. Before this, the ABA lead was switched without any prior warning or discussion. Before the new lead, Kevin, joined, there were no issues raised about our child or the program. However, once Kevin took over, communication became very restricted--we were limited to email only, and it was made mandatory for all parents to attend every meeting, which was difficult since my spouse is on sea duty . After Kevin joined, we noticed fewer families in the pick-up and drop-off lines, and the school atmosphere felt colder and less flexible. Overall, the changes made it hard for us to stay involved and left us feeling disconnected from the program.
