The Technician Kim was super friendly and thoroughly explained every step of the process to me. I had a concern from previous eye care visit at a different practice and she assured me that she would bring my concern to Dr. Krieger and make sure that it was addressed during my visit. Both Kim and Dr. Krieger took the time to explain the images of my eyes from Optos, which helped me to understand my eye anatomy and how it affects my vision. Dr. Krieger had an excellent bedside manner, was very personable and very thorough. She reassured me that the concern another eye doctor had mentioned was not something that I needed to worry about and was able to explain why while showing me diagrams of the eye anatomy. At the end of the visit, Amanda printed out a copy of my glasses prescription and gave it to me without hesitation (something I have had to insist on at other places). She without any pressure offered to help me look at frames. The entire process was seamless and the care was excellent! I cannot recommend McLoughlin Eyecare enough!! I also want to add that I am a school nurse at a local school and McLoughlin eyecare took AMAZING care of one of my kids from school whose family struggles financially. It is very clear that they really care about the community and this is actually what made me decide to switch and go here! I could not be happier that I did! :)

The staff were wonderful. There was always a friendly welcome. We received our glasses quickly. I had to go back a couple of times for adjustment (I had 3 pair of glasses) and each time I was taken care of right away. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Alison was always there when I went in and she was so helpful. I think the best part was she made me feel like she wanted to be sure I was satisfied. She always understood what was needed to be done and was happy to do it. Overall our experience here was outstanding and I do recommend McLoughlin Family Eye Care

Such a bogus thing to do and illegal as well. I never agreed to a $40.00 hidden administrative fee. That is so wrong!! I will be sure to tell everyone in town to go to the competition instead.

I was told to go sit in a room with another person and we read a sign that said that warranty work would cost a minimum of $25. I asked about it and was told by one of the employees that she couldn't explain it, and she didn't agree with it. A man came into the room and we asked him. He couldn't explain it either. I asked how they could charge for something they couldn't explain. I said it sounded like a "PFP" pure freakin' profit. I guess I need to find another eyeglass place, I mean, if they can't explain the charges to you, why buy from them?

She is incredibly nice and makes you feel comfortable about getting your eyes checked. My four stars are solely directed towards her and her work. If I were to rate my overall experience, I would probably give it three stars. The woman who takes you for pretest before your examination, I forget her name, is slightly rude. For instance, when doing the pressure test, I have a really hard time keeping my eyes open to get an accurate reading. When I went today, she had to retake the test numerous times and I could hear her heavy breathing and annoyance each time, which didn't help an already stressful situation. When she asked me questions, it felt rushed and like her mind was elsewhere. It just made for a stressful experience. Lastly, when ordering contacts or trying to schedule an appointment, it can be a challenge to reach them, and even after leaving a voicemail, sometimes you don't get a call back. Overall, the service of Juliann trumps the lack of customer service from the other workers, which is why I rate it four stars. If they could fix some of the those bumps, Family Eye Care could be really, really great in all aspects.

Then sent out sunglasses which ended up taking almost a month and then the side that goes over your ears was broken. They were an older frame for sure but no reason for that part of frames to be damaged when they were only doing the lens. Glasses were fine however will not return due to slow processing.
