Although I know nothing of all the equipment used, I appreciated that she had super modern cameras/equipment, accepted my insurance and has a user-friendly portal that makes accessing my records super easy. I was able to meet with Dr. Blew within a few hours of my initial, anxious inquiry, on her day off. I was thoroughly impressed by the high-tech facility and her expertise. After 12 years with a larger multi-optometrist local provider in town, I'm switching to Dr. Blew permanently.

They were able to switch the lenses into a pair of sunglasses I still had, that were luckily an identical frame. They also helped make sure I had sunglass clip-ons to use until I could get a replacement. The place was clean, well staffed, and they provided absolutely fantastic customer service. I was told to go sit in a room with another person and we read a sign that said that warranty work would cost a minimum of $25. I asked about it and was told by one of the employees that she couldn't explain it, and she didn't agree with it. A man came into the room and we asked him. He couldn't explain it either. I asked how they could charge for something they couldn't explain. I said it sounded like a "PFP" pure freakin' profit. I guess I need to find another eyeglass place, I mean, if they can't explain the charges to you, why buy from them?
