I've had the same insurance for years and never had an issue until I let these people get involved. Now when I get a prescription it somehow doesn't line up with when I'm able to get new glasses. I ended up having to go months longer with an old prescription and just shrugged shoulders from the person in charge of ordering glasses. I had to switch doctors and wait an extra 6 months just to be able to get back on schedule with a different, not as good doctor- but at least I can see. Waited until I was no longer a patient to post.

Approximately three months later I was charged another 142 dollars but not told why. I drove to the store to ask for some justification of the additional charges and was told the manager would review it the following week and be in touch. I reached out again and was finally provided a receipt via email showing the 660 around due but again no justification for the additional charge. I responded to the email asking again and they said the manager would get back to me. Needless to say they never contacted me again and it's just not worth my time pursuing it further. I will not return and will find a practice that is transparent in their pricing.
