I had such a great experience at the eyelash extensions place! The space is super clean and cozy, making it a relaxing spot for some pampering. Got this deal on groupon for a lash lift n tint for around $50 so I took it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lady was nice but did not speak one word of English, we had to use her phone to translate which wasn't a big deal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've gotten this done before but at another business. This is not at all what I expected. My lashes aren't even curled, they're going straight up like if they got scared lol. The lashes also look all tangled together. It's pretty bad. I had a lash lift done at this location. First complaint is that some of my lashes were left out. It isn't my first time getting this service done so comparing to others work it wasn't what I was expecting. Seems like the lash lift didn't last either not sure it was due to my service being rushed ... maybe not adequate time for the product to take effect ¿. I like my lashes and the tech was very nice. The glue burned a little. I have tried three lash salons post-pandemic, and my eyes have burned at every salon. I don't know what changed because I was getting lashes for over a year pre-pandemic, and the glue never burned. I don't think eyelash glue should burn, and it concerns me because vision is important, and the loss of it would be life changing, to say the least. I am only giving three stars because after my service, they requested payment via Zelle as they don't have a credit card machine. I think they need to let you know that at the time you make the appointment because I don't do phone banking and I prefer to pay via credit or debit card. read more
