Love Sugared Belle! I've been looking for a sugaring studio closer to where I live since my old sugaring studio is too far now. I stumbled upon Sugared Belle through Yelp and figured I'd given them a try. I was surprised to know that their studio offers so many different services! I've only tried their sugaring but they have skin, makeup, tanning, lash, brow, and more services! They have private rooms for the sugaring. You're escorted to the room prior to your appointment. The women working will always ask if you need to use the restroom before hand. The rooms are very clean. They provide wipes prior to your appointment if you would like to freshen up. I've always have a great experience with my estheticians when I go in for my appointments. They typically help distract me from the sugaring pain by talking to me I always feel welcome and safe when I come into Sugared Belle. I highly recommend them for all your sugaring needs! read more

I don't usually write reviews quickly after a service, but this was an exception. I had my first facial (ever) yesterday here and I'm obsessed! I got the Seasonal Special facial ($75 for 50 minutes) and I'm blown away at how nice my skin looks. I went in looking for a little skin refresh, something to help upkeep my relatively unproblematic skin. I came out looking so glowy and hydrated! I wish I had gotten the name of the sweet lady who did my facial because she knocked it out of the park! I was never uncomfortable or in pain, and she was very knowledgeable about the products being used and techniques. I ended up purchasing a pumpkin enzyme cleanser that was used during the facial and am so excited to use it! I'm happily rocking no face make up today, my skin looks that refreshed! Thank you ladies! Do not listen to one word of what the recent negative posters are saying. From what I experienced recently, if any of it were even slightly true and they went back to give the technician a chance to correct any supposed mistakes, they would have been accommodated. This place is so clean you could probably eat off the floor. The salon along with the staff is lovely! I received 2 recommendations for Brianna to do Micro Ombré on my brows from people I trust 1000% ! Brianna was exceptional at explaining the entire process to me during my consultation in December and again when I returned to have them done last Saturday. Everything she told me to expect was on target during the process and I had hardly any discomfort since she applied Lidocaine throughout the treatment. Brianna spent about 1/2 of the time prepping: measuring my face and marking it with black beeswax so that my brows would be perfectly symmetrical, she drew her outline and then color matched the ink to my natural hair color. She performs her service like a plastic surgeon would a facelift! The salon is spotless, warm and inviting. All the technicians were cheerful and from what I could see on my way out, they perform some beautiful lash extension work as well. I'm 5 days in now and still have not scabbed up which I am loving. Way overdue for a review, I've been coming here for about 7 months now for various services. First time I came was for lashes, I gotta say The Sugared Belle is the place to go for lashes! I don't get them done anymore but my experience was always awesome and they last longer than other places I've tried. I currently have been coming here for sugaring services and they are awesome! Staff is super friendly and welcoming which makes for a great experience. I also recently got a microdermabrasion and I loved the end result! It's hard to find a place that offers a variety of services that you're actually happy with, but they definitely met my expectations. I highly recommend! read more

Trying a new place out can be a little worrisome. That was not the case with The Sugared Belle. Booked my appointment online which was quite easy & they sent a couple reminders with a confirmation through text. I was welcomed in when I arrived & waited less than 5 minutes. I've been coming here for years now. I think they provide a great service but their cancellation services need to be more gentle. I'm currently sitting here in urgent care and called to cancel. I was still charged for not making it to my appointment . I was happy to provide a note if needed even it violated HIPAA laws. I would have understood if it was a no show but I called. I understand business is business but having more compassion doesn't kill us either. So, don't have an emergency on your eyebrow appointment day. I hate to do this because the lady who waxed me was very nice but I came in for a half face wax for my PCOS. I was made aware that because I'm a redhead my hair is more coarse? But the sugar wax was so painful and a lot of the hair on my face was not taken off with the amount of times she waxed the area. I didn't complete the full wax because of how painful it was. My face was bleeding when I got in the car and I had welts on my face the rest of the day. Today my face is bumpy and scabbed. It also feels bruised. I kept calling and no one answered and when I saw it says walk ins welcome I drove there. The salon was completely empty no customers but they refused to help me. The sugaring I needed would take 5-10 min and they still refused to help me. If they were busy I get it but I was there several min no customers were there at all. I could've had it done the time she spent telling me she thought I had an appt. Talk about rude and false advertisement. Never coming back here again. I tried sugaring here for the first time, after some persuasion by Brianna. I had previously tried chocolate waxing on my face, and it broke me out and dried my skin out so bad. I looked hideous and scary afterward, I do not recommend chocolate waxing to anyone with sensitive skin. Sugaring is perfect for those with sensitive skin. I personally think sugaring is less painful than threading, and it also leaves my skin feeling so soft afterward. I have converted to sugaring from threading, because of the positive experience I received here at The Sugared Belle. I'm a sugar-er for life! Brianna is also a brow pro!
