They are a group of young boys and took offense to my joke and refused to work on my car! I drove to another repair shop and I also needed rotors,they asked if I wanted to see how they were working out worn. Auto Repair would have slapped a pair of pads on the worn down rotors, so I am grateful that they refused to work on my car. And when they grow up I hope they develop a sense of humor. Also the waiting area has 3 metal high stools to sit on and every time they go back and forth ( which they do a lot) a deafening bell chimes which is very irritating when you have to sit on those hard, cold stools for an hour.

I have been here for a few oil changes and when my engine light came on - the Nissan place gave this long long list of things that need to be fixed. The cost was over $2,000 when they were done. So I took it to these guys - they did a diagnostic and most of the stuff Nissan said needs to be fixed did not - and they engine light was an emissions thing- they fixed the hole for $120 dollars where as Nissan said I'd need a totally replacement for $1000 plus all this other stuff -- if you want honest, reliable, knowledgeable-come here.

I came in to fix my master cylinder then upsold me on a serpentine belt that wasn't needed at all then they told me it could've been my ABS module and instead of checking and confirming they were like yeah lets just fix the thing they asked for and move them along.Starting a service I DID Not APPROVE just to tell me that bleeding the brakes manually didn't do anything then using the machine.They stopped when i told them I did not want that service so now i paid $700 something just for my car to be sitting in their lot for 4 days while they twiddle their thumbs. Location is not that great either.MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't waste your precious time on a garbage shop like this. Just for your sanity...

I brought my 2010 F-150 here because the brake warning light was coming on. I was charged for…read morediagnosis and ultimately had the brake booster and master cylinder replaced. I understand that they said they found a leaking master cylinder during the repair, and I'm not disputing that a legitimate leak needed to be addressed. My issue is that after spending a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on these repairs, the same warning light I originally brought the truck in for was still coming on during my drive home. The actual cause of the warning was later determined to be a valve that cost roughly $78. Once that was replaced, the problem was resolved. What frustrates me most is that the original diagnosis specifically involved a low-vacuum condition. I would have expected the relatively inexpensive components in the vacuum system to be properly tested and ruled out before replacing a much more expensive brake booster. I don't mind paying for necessary repairs, especially when it comes to brakes. What I do mind is paying for an expensive diagnosis and repair that did not correct the problem I originally brought the vehicle in for. I also had a separate issue during this visit involving my already-damaged truck key. The key sensor was taped together in a pouch which worked for me for over a year. Other shops (Kizer) took notice and navigated appropriately to start my truck. While the vehicle was in their possession, the key was damaged further to the point that I was told I needed to have a locksmith come to the shop. I ultimately still had to pay for the replacement key and programming before they could start the job, which added considerably to my frustration with the overall experience. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing major repairs here.

All was going well until they could not remove the drain plug from the rear differential. The Tec stripped the head of the plug rendering it useless. But they had already generated the total costs in their system. I was never given the credit for the incomplete work. I was told by the "manager" the credit would be issued on my final bill. DID NOT HAPPEN. I have yet to take the truck to a competent repair shop to remove the useless plug.. I am sure they will not pay for that either. My two star rating is a gift. To say the least they will never see my truck or two cars. Best of luck to all of you,
