His guys always get the job done, they know exactly what to do and they make sure it's done right. On multiple occasions they've gone the extra mile for a repair. For example, I went to pick up my 1985 Corvette once and one of the techs was just finishing up hosing out the radiator ducting of leaves that had accumulated--and the repair wasn't even related to that. Bill knows Corvettes inside and out and, despite always being busy, is willing to take the time to talk about an issue and convey what he knows and recommends. I live in fear that he'll retire one day soon--I'm not sure who I'll trust my Vettes with in the future were that to happen. Yelp! I'm begging you not to sideline this review as "not recommended." The marketing manager reached out to apologize and offer a discount which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the shop staff have shown they don't have integrity and as a result have broken my trust.
