She did that, but instead of replacing it, all she did was dump new lettuce on top of the old stuff. The rest of the salad bar just didn't look fresh. Their choices were not as vast compared to other salad bars that I've been to. The salad dressings were varied and OK or acceptable, When our pizzas came out, they were just OK as well. For some reason, they threw too much sauce on the top of my pizza which was kind of strange and I had to scrape much of it off.
