We just discovered Small Town a few months ago. They are our favorite local pizza shop, and they deliver. The pizza is good, subs are good. The sauce, crust, and cheese are all good! Employees are nice and friendly, wait time is always decent, and the parking is easy if you do pick up! read more

Staff is absolutely rude. Order was not even made when I was advised to arrive to pick it up. No apology, just excuses as to why they were so busy. They were also using foul language at very high volume. Very unprofessional and disorganized chaos. Then to top it off, pizzas were incorrectly made. First time I've ate here. The pizza was really good. Had the bbq chicken pizza and even though the menu had changed(had to ask for updates version) because online menu wasn't right, it was delicious. Also tried few appetizers. The fried mushrooms were excellent but the mozzarella sticks were just ehh. Also had the garlic cheese bread which was pretty tasty and marinara looked to be homemade which was a pleasant surprise. Def would recommend this place. The family and I ate there and had an overall good experience. We had a pizza, pizza puff (calzone) and a hot sandwich. Overall pretty good food. We were from out of town dropping off our 9 y/o at Camp Allendale, so random try and seemed to make everyone happy. Inside was a pretty good set up, but a little hot. They have fans on the walls running and a in wall AC unit, but didn't seem to be doing a whole lot. The waitress was friendly and food came pretty quick. Customer service is in my opinion horrible, the "new" owner is a complete A-hole who yelled at my kids for no good reason and seemed to be acting in a racist manner towards one of kids friends, who is of a darker complexion, the old owner was very friendly and had great customer service. Save your time and money. There's a reason this place goes out of business everywhere they open one. Went in tonight because my husband enjoys the pizza that used to be in Greenwood. The ax is window units so very warm. Table was falling apart and the booths were broken. The guy behind me and I had a great time playing ping pong with our backs. Our drinks came out FLAT. The waitress went in the back and came back and said the owner tried them and they taste completely fine and normal. Both my husbands and mine were still flat and disgusting. Charged us $10 for 3 pops. So grateful we left and didn't order food after reading all the other reviews. read more

We were town on a Sunday afternoon for a basketball tournament and this was the only non-fast food restaurant open. Okay, not great, just my opinion and those who talked me into driving a little out of the way.

Had lunch here yesterday with my family, it was nice having the place all to ourselves. This pizzeria is a nice little place in a very small town. We ordered some breadsticks which were very tasty and the pizza was as well. The pizza reminded me of Jacks pizza a little bit. The lady that took our orders was very nice and did a great job making sure we had everything we all needed. She brought us an extra order of breadsticks cause she barely burnt the ends of the first batch, that was very nice of her. So in conclusion this is a nice little pizzeria to relax at and enjoy the food, not too much to brag about but still a neat place. read more

We love Small Town! They are the only place in town that delivers to our rural area. We've always had great pizza and great service.

We have been ordering from Small Town for years. We have always loved their pizza. Tonight was the third time we have ordered to be delivered and it arrived cold and not up to our expectations. We ordered 1/2 sausage/pepperoni and other half cheese. It was difficult to tell which side was what. My veggie pizza had lots of veggies this time but was also cold. We also ordered wings and they were cold as well. I do think they have also changed their sauce which was so yummy. Small Town has given us a free pizza each time that our order has been wrong, but it's not even worth it anymore to get our free wrong pizza. I'm really disappointed because this has been our only place we order pizza for many years. As of tonight, we will no longer order even with a Free pizza. read more

Excellent little pizza shop. Dine in or delivery. We go a couple of times a month. They have a decent sized menu. We usually order the traditional crust pizza and breadsticks. Sometimes we might also order the breaded mushrooms. If you want pizza and are near- by this is the place. Service has always been quick, however we haven't tried the delivery. It kind of sucks living in the middle I nowhere because your pizza delivery options are sort of limited. My husband and I order delivery from here maybe twice a month, but only because we don't feel like driving to franklin to pick up a pizza. The crust is nearly always soggy. (Order party cut. Rude Customer Service! Called in to place an order and this was my 1st time in a long while to order from here. I asked what the specials were and she proceeded to tell me there wasn't any and the website isn't accurate for what they actually carry. I went ahead I started with my order of bread sticks, large pepperoni and she says hold on a sec i have to finish an order with the customer on the other end please hold... then she thinks I'm on hold and says," I hate when Mother F**kers call and don't know what they F**ing want.. how ignorant are these people... I can't stand people like this! Te other employee says I know right as I can hear them laugh and joke about her putting me on hold and hoping I would just simply hang up!! After 2 minutes she finally gets back on the phone ans says, "are you ready to order yet?" I said," umm no where's your manager? She says, "It's just me and my driver here!" I said, "maybe but not sure that's accurate but I heard everything you said while you had me on hold! Do you care to take my order before or after explaining yourself?" The thin crust deluxe,chicken bacon ranch thin crust,and the bread sticks are all good at the Trafalgar location.What's not good are the prices on just about everything.Compared to any chain restaurant/pizza shop,this place is at least double the price.(Example:small deluxe is now over 13$ after taxes)I'm sorry but that's just over the top.The Manager has never had a "special" of any kind on the pizza menu either.My advice is if your short on funds for the week then forget about trying to feed your family here because one medium pizza meal would easily be $25-30 depending on w/ or w/o bread sticks.That's if you picked it up to avoid another 3-5$ delivery fee. read more
