The flowers were successfully delivered on time, but unfortunately never made their way to the room at the hospital and my friend was never notified by hospital staff of the delivery. Given that I live in Florida, I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the hospital who could help locate the delivery before my friend was discharged from the hospital. However, Cathy at Bouquets & Baskets was so kind, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She graciously offered to pick the flowers up from the hospital, freshen the bouquet, and have the flowers re-delivered directly to my friend's home at no additional cost. My boss sent an arrangement to another employee who was on leave. She really helped when we were designing the arrangement and it was stunning. The flowers also lasted 3 plus weeks. But what I really appreciated was the planning process. She was so considerate and made the planning so easy. From the consultations to the booking and the wedding day, she was really transparent and reliable about everything. I felt she keenly listened to what I wanted and respected my vision for the wedding but also provided her expertise and advice. My friend's daughter got married in Florida last week and her flowers were stunning and her ceremony was outside. The only reason I picked Mitali was because she had good reviews and my daughters vision were garlands. When I called her for an explanation she said she had Multiple events and she got somebody else to do it..Maybe she used to be good not anymore. For Mitali to say that she tried to rectify the problem by sending my daughter a bouquet of flowers after the wedding was ridiculous. She ruined the vision I had for my her wedding .I paid a lot of money to be ripped off. I am making everybody aware that they were terrible and the pictures prove it. The idea that she blaming the condition of her flowers on the weather is absurd I'm considering taking her to court. Also, I have proof from our emails of what I wanted for the church.I did not realize Mitali's only been in business two years. She made sure to tell me she's had perfect reviews for the past two years. She obviously needs a lot more experience.. In my opinion Mitali used old flowers. There's no way those flowers were fresh.

While it was the same color and the same flowers as the picture, the arrangement was very sparse and some flowers were limp as if they were dying. The sympathy card looked as if first grader printed our name. The flowers were for a one day viewing from 4 pm to 9 pm so it arrived in this condition. I called the business the next morning and related my disappointment to the woman who answered the phone. I told her I did not want to write a bad review on social media. She thanked me and said someone would call me the next day. It is now 24 days later and no one reached out. Poor product and poor customer service. I will never purchase anything from this establishment again. This arrangement was over $300
