Eugene did a fantastic job, and now that my hair is long again I plan on going back for another cut. Eugene and his adorable wife Jessie own a very clean, bright and airy salon. They really listen to what you want, and he doesn't take off more than what you specify (which happens A LOT with other salons). They'll even do something where they just wash, blow dry, and style your hair, no cutting, like for a wedding or something, and it's cheap. They always wash your hair before they cut it. A real nice place to spend an afternoon, if you're into getting your hair cut and talking about movie stars.

(I obviously cut my hair real bad, until recently people finally told me whoever cut my hair sucked. Funny how people tell you a different opinion when you don't tell them you did it yourself.) It's probably been two years since I've been to one. This salon has a really nice atmosphere. Feels clean and the stylist are very friendly. (I'm considered pretty germaphobic BTW. I can't even sit in a clean looking movie theater/someone's sofa for one minute without feeling the need to take a shower when I get home.) I got my hair straight permed (takes about 3 hours) and a trim. Was very happy with everything. Will come again! :)

My experience: I was indecisive in between getting ash grey color (requires bleaching) and brown color (no bleach). I took a very long time deciding, but they were very patient and told me not to worry and to do what I want. Both Alex and Kiki have very professional skills and finished in a timely manner. I didn't fell bored or uncomfortable at all. They offered me water and make sure I was doing okay every 20 mins-ish. The vibe at the salon was great, there was nice background music played. The salon is very clean. This is definitely a place that I will go back again and it's highly recommended!

I understand why because Jackie was very meticulous with every hair strand, going back in and making sure both sides were even. She spent a lot longer than another popular salon I went to that cut my hair in 10 minutes (that did not come out well). She also listened to what I wanted and delivered. I asked for bangs that framed my face, specially my high cheekbones which I wanted to slim down with the bangs. The hair cut came out exactly as I wanted (although I don't have a picture of it). Even without styling, the bangs fell nicely and framed my face like the popular korean C bangs. She taught me how to style it with a dyson afterwards! I'm going back this Saturday for another haircut and this time a perm! My virgin hair also box dyed for the first time, will update how the perm holds up with my box-dyed hair!
