I am still waiting for Klaben Jeep in Kent Ohio to do the right thing and refund my money on the 2025 Summit that has been in their service dept longer than available for me to drive, The Summit has been back mutiple times for a dead battery do to the BCM over working and not re-setting it self correctly , so we no longer want to be broken down on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck and waiting for a ride home. They (Jeff Ashley ) talks a good game on how he wants to help but it's been the same story over and over again, so if you buy from Klaben Jeep and are not satisfied be prepared for a long time legal event because they can't do the right thing. The dealership wanted almost $100 with shop supplies,disposal fees,taxes for just an oil change on a 2019 Caravan. No coupons or specials offered. Ironically, the Ford Klaben Dealer up the street offered to do it for $64.50 ? I have reached the decision that I'll watch a YouTube video, gather the 2 sockets, order parts online and slide $65 back into my pocket. Greedy pricing will yield an abundance of open bays and erosion of your customer base. I'm back to doing all of my own maintenance and repairs after experiencing such greed. Have a service contract that includes a loaner car while mine is being worked on. So they scheduled me to come in at 7:00 a.m. and the loaner place doesn't open till 8:00 so I have to spend an hour of what's left of my life waiting for a car. Now they did offer to take me home but I would not have a car. They put saving some money before their customers care. It's an hour they don't have to pay for a rental which again is in my contract service contract but I have to sit here for an hour and then probably longer by the time I get the vehicle. Best stress/ hassle free car buying experience EVER. I worked with Jeff via text/phone and email. Worked out the deal, trade in value and specifics. Set an appointment to come in and had the pleasure of working with Don (Jeff was off). Don expedited the process by being prepaired, I walked in, sat down, finalized the deal and was on my way. the majority of my time with Don was him being sure I was informed on ALL of the features of my new Jeep Wrangler (including a quick session on how to do the Wrangler wave to other Wrangler drivers). Klaben does it again! After a month of going to several dealerships and doing my research, I went back to Klaben with the best offer I had received from another dealership and they beat it. I was interested in buying a 2018 Ram 1500 Sport. Justin my salesman, who had also helped me when I purchased a 2017 Pacifica back in September, was super patient and helpful and did everything he could to get me the amount I wanted for my trade and to sell me the new truck for the price I wanted to pay. They even gave me an additional $500 rebate on top of the other rebates I qualified for. I must also mention that when I arrived at the Klaben, the truck was parked and ready to be viewed and it was super clean, inside and out, unlike some of the other dealerships, whose vehicles were dirty, inside and out. I can't overstate how important it is for the dealership to bring out the vehicle and it be clean. It really helps to make a decision on whether or not to purchase the vehicle. A special shout out to Kim in finance. She was my finance person for the Pacifica and for the new truck. She's amazing. Just a really nice person and a pleasure to deal with. Took my challenger to have tires replaced. No sounds noises what so ever. Told me that my brakes were a 4. Two days later a loud screeching, clanking noise. I called, tried to get back in. To no avail, were busy next week. They used a screwdriver in the parking lot...it's probably your backing plate. As I drove away, a loud thump as tho something fell. Rock, asphault I don't know. The sound progressed, when they finally got it in, after a couple weeks. Oh ma'am your brakes are a 2. You need $900. I said that's funny, you never gave me an emp last visit. He proceeded upstairs to get a said copy, no name, tech #, RO nothing! What damn garage sticks a screwdriver in a challenger rim. Unprofessional. read more

Friendly, quick service. Different from other places I'm used too. You pull up into a "quick service" bay and fill out info and tell them what you need done there. Then you are escorted to the waiting room. The waiting room has a TV and tons of places to sit. Couches, cafe tables, and regular tables and chairs in a glass enclosure. Coffee makers are handy for a quick beverage. They even have a coat rack! read more

I scheduled my Dodge Ram in for service because my cruise control wasn't working properly. While discussing my vehicle with the service writer, I had mentioned a few other small issues that I they assured me could be addressed. After having the vehicle a week, none of the small issues had been addressed, the fluid change that they had mentioned doing was not done, and they gave me a quote to fix the vehicle for around 2000.00 dollars. I went out to retrieve my vehicle, and was charged a diagnostic fee, and nothing that we had discussed was ever done. So very disappointed. I don't think that I will be in any hurry to go back. Update: I took my truck to Jim and Sons Transmission, and had the repair done for less than 400.00 dollars. Pretty sad when the people that specialize can't find and fix the problem, and an outside vendor completes the repair for less than a fifth of my initial estimate . I don't love Falls, but I don't even like Klaben. I am looking to purchase a new Ram and I wanted to give somewhere else a try before defaulting to Falls CJDR but my first time at Klaben with John Coco was decent so I returned and met another salesman and I immediately felt like he did not care. I was shopping around the whole day and two locations offered the test drive incentive. The first location immediately provided a thank you email and a code for the incentive. Klaben hasn't and its been over a week. I am looking to buy a 40,000 Truck, I need you to give a hoot I exist and work with me. So I went to another Ram dealership and I was convinced that I need a new car. The best Klaben gave me was 'you work, spend your money' -- not very assuring and I had a bunch of questions and I got brief responses and while I was looking at the 2019 models to have money, I later learn the benefit of buying the 2020 model and got a great salesman at another dealership who sold me on a new Longhorn. I felt pressured and unappreciated so I will not recommend this place. read more

Of the past ten or so times I have had vehicles at this dealership's shop, five of them were poor experiences. The service manager was pretty good, but the services performed or the prices were not acceptable. Been way overcharged on two or three services, and at least two of the times the services to be performed were not performed correctly, if at all. Enter at your own risk. read more

I love the service at Klaben, largely in part due to Kim Wolfram. I always deal directly with Kim every time I go to Klaben (which is at least every 6 months for oil changes/maintenance). Kim is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I have the best deal and/or any information I need. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because if you drop your vehicle off for service, it usually takes about 20 mins, which is frustrating when you have a ride waiting for you for that long. read more

They service my '15 Wrangler. Did a good good aligning it and balancing the tires recently. The air filter was supposed to be replaced and the technician forgot to do it. I got a phone call with an apology after I picked it up. I appreciate that level of open honesty with them telling me and correcting the situation. I understand mistakes happen and I'm glad they didn't just say "screw it" because I likely would have never known the difference if it had been changed or not. read more

I bought a car for my son here and wanted to put him on the loan to build credit. They ran me through their own finance company. The company is called Auto Loan Inc, on Kent Rd, Kent, Ohio. The staff had zero customer service skills. You are treated as a second rate citizen because they judge you because most people who use this service have credit issues or social circumstances as mine. Their mission at Klaben is to sell the car at a premium and charge a high interest rate at Auto Loan which is owned by the same family. They have policies in place to make it difficult to make payments or maintain the loan. The goal is to repossess the vehicle and resell again. Getting your down payment and high interest payments as long as they can. I had a payment come back returned. Don't know why, my account had adequate funds. They refused to simply run the payment again because it is inconvenient for them. They require to come to the office and pay cash. People are usually working and can't get there during hours. Michelle has a particularly bad disposition and treats clients as if they did something wrong. I was just speaking with salesman about trading my vehicle in on a new ford expedition but will now go elsewhere. Klabens need to thank michelle at Auto loan inc read more

The salesperson promised me a free oil change as part of my deal but when the time came for that service the promise was not honored. After several emails between my salesperson and myself, I feel that I have been lied to from the beginning. It has been several weeks now and still no resolution to this problem. At this point, I consider the dealership to be less than honest with its customers. I can promise them a couple of things though, I will not do business with them again and I will not recommend their dealership to anyone I know. Future buyers beware! read more

I had been to Klaben some years back to make a purchase, and left with that feeling with which most of us are familiar after having purchased a used car: violated. It is hard not to walk away from making a large purchase without that twinge of buyers remorse, especially if you didn't have a comfortable feeling about the salesperson. After having spent some time online researching vehicles, taking the one I liked and wanted on a test drive, and sitting down with Chuck Lindon to go over some of the options, I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured into making a purchase. Service area staff not accommodating! While on a road trip back home with three little kids I noticed our van backend was extremely low and decided to stop and have it looked at so that I didn't end up stranded on the side of the road. Unfortunately this dealership is not trained well in leaving margin for emergency situations such as this one. They simply said we are booked. They also had no suggestions on other shops in the area that might be useful. Big thumbs down Chrysler! read more

I brought my 2012 Jeep to Klaben for repair of my fan not blowing in the middle area, which was the "blower box". It took 3 visits and I still am not happy. The first visit they found out they needed to order the blower box. After installing and me picking up my Jeep, I noticed that my entire dash seams no longer lined up and parts of the dash were no longer straight lines. I returned for the 2nd time and pointed out all of the issues that I saw. They fixed one of the issues and ordered another part to replace the dash around the steering wheel. I returned for a 3rd time for them to finish the job and install the new piece. When I got in my Jeep, there were still issues - but still one big one. The seam that runs along between the radio housing and the steering wheel piece is not only off at least 1/4" but is also not straight - there's a gap and it is much larger at the top. So they looked at it again and basically said they cannot fix it. So now my 2012 Jeep Liberty's interior looks like it is at least 10 years old thanks to the very shoddy job done by Klaben. read more
