First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process. The cost was very reasonable, and service was "Top Shelf"... Thank you, again Dillon Auto.....

I've taken my truck here twice for tires. The first time, I had a puncture in my tire (unfixable) and they got me in immediately at 8am, changed it real quick, and I made it to work on time at 9am - they even asked the mechanic to work especially quick, knowing that I had to rush to work. The second time, I had the other three replaced. Their prices were cheaper than Goodyear, Firestone, and Walmart. Also, they accept Goodyear Credit Card, which is convenient for surprise repairs/maintenance. One time, my gf needed some wiring or something repaired (had something to do with her brakes. I wasn't there, so I dont know the exact problem). Flynn fixed it for $200 cheaper than what she was quoted at other places in Kent Ohio. Also, they allowed me to pay for it on my card over the phone, which was convenient. One of the other reviewers recommended Main Street Auto in Kent. In fact, I've never heard a bad word about Main Street Auto. Unfortunately, they're always very busy and they don't take Goodyear Credit Card. Flynn has been reasonably priced and has always been very timely. Notably, they are part of the echeck waiver program. If you don't know what I mean by that, then it's irrelevant to you. If you have failed echeck (or fail in the future), then an auto repair facility that's part of the echeck waiver program could potentially be very helpful. I'm not saying you should definitely take your car to Flynn's for repair or for new tires, but I recommend putting them on your short list to consider if you need those services and are in the Kent area.

I recently purchased a set of Michelin defenders from this store and had them mounted and balanced…read more At that time I am sure I was told that the rotation and balance would be free for the life of the tires but maybe the guy only said rotation and I assumed it would include the balance because only an idiot would rotate tires without balancing them. Last week I went in to get a rotation and balance because there was a little vibration. They told me that only the rotation was free and I would have to pay $15 per tire to balance them..so $60. I was angry and walked out of the shop without discussing it further. In the parking lot I looked up the price at discount tire and found the rotation and balance would cost exactly the same. Yesterday I went there and had the job done. The charge was zero. They asked me to buy my next tires from them. I keep five vehicles on the road and only buy Michelin defenders. I'll be buying the next set from discount tire in Macedonia. I'd say this is a marketing error that could cost them several lost customers. They can keep their $60 worth of servicing.

Have you ever waited in a Firestone for eight hours because I certainly have. countless times where I've come in for one problem, spent hundreds of dollars, only for the problem to not actually be fixed. I've even had no less than three appointments where I've been called and told they cant actually fufill my appointment. first time was reasonable enough at the day before, another was twenty minutes before, and one was FIVE. HOURS. after I had dropped off my car. not only that, I've had my struts, wheel bearing, sway bars, and exhaust system fixed here a little over a year ago. now, since I'm outside of the warranty coverage, suddenly every single one of those parts are broken and need replaced. it feels like every day I remember a new way this store absolutely screwed me over without ever once actually helping me. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am. My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

They would not honor the warranty. Today, we saw 4 bubbles on the side wall of another tire. Again they wouldn't honor the warranty. I would never recommend buying anything from B&R. I would recommend True Tread. They were honest and helped us with all new tires. I will always buy tires from True Tread Tires in Canfield.
