We ordered our food and only got the salmon protein bowl brought out while still missing all the rest of the food for our party of 6. The manager and server were nice and tried their best to figure out what happened. Eventually the staff had said they accidentally dropped the tray of food before bringing it out. It took about 30-40 minutes to actually get our food so always really an hour from when we ordered to when we got our food. I did enjoy the buffalo wings we had as appetizers. I also was not very partial to either the guac or the cauliflower elote as the flavors were a bit bland on those appetizers. Once we got our food they had brought out my sons burger with cheese but we ordered no cheese because he doesn't like it and doesn't know what is good in life so yet another wait for him to actually get his food. I did like the spicy hombre cocktail which is made with an aged tequilla. The staff offered us free desserts and a $10 game card to make up for the food wait and errors. We appreciate that. To top it off I was brought the check on their hand held devices and it was not working so had to wait for the server to bring another to check out. We have been to Dave and Busters many times but this visit was not one we would like to remember. Hopefully next time we have a better experience as I figured it was just an off night.

Not only was everything in working order, but we were shocked to find several very rare games here! For example Jumping Jackpot, Chameleon Paradise, the Flintstone's coin push machine, a sit down version of Pirate's Hook. Icee's were good as was the soda. Didn't have actual food, but since the service was slightly slow, the lady gave us all these drinks for free which was super generous and fantastic! In the arcade there are multiple tables WITH CHAIRS where parents can actually sit down whilst their children play their hearts out. I have never seen actual chairs available throughout an arcade before, and we got to them all. Very refreshing! Now I know next time we can bring the grandparents. Ropes course looks super fun and is up above the arcade. If you want to bowl, they have about 20 lanes available. Prize selection is high quality and diverse. Far superior to Fat Cat's, Peter Piper, Chuck E. Cheese, etc. Again, if you have been avoiding this place due to the bad reviews, we encourage you to give it a chance. We loved it, and we had an awesome time. Will definitely be back. I only wish they would offer some kind of summer pass like Dave and Buster's. That would make it even better. Happy gaming! :-)

I assumed it would be delicious. And that was quite an assumption. It was not thick, milky, and flavorless. Now usually add these places the food isn't the best so I wasn't looking for a five star pallet. We played it safe and got starters some wings and the burger, Philly steak and wing trio. Everything was cold over salted and mushy. It was terrible. Even my children couldn't eat it . And not only is it terrible it's not cheap. So crappy food crappy prices and mediocre service. I left their feeling ashamed and dirty. Plus their hand soap is about 3 feet up on the mirrors. If any kids are washing their hands, they're definitely not using soap because there's no way that they can reach it.

You are able to schedule your tee times which was convenient. The vibe was awesome and lots of seating for food and drinks which includes indoors and outdoors. The courses are fun and interactive. On a Sunday upstairs had no bar or food service which was inconvenient but we went downstairs to grab a drink to take back upstairs and that's the only time I felt service lacked. Along with another neighboring couple we waited 17 minutes for service. It wasn't busy at the bar to feel that was necessary. But the bartenders were not observant of the entire bar. We missed our tea time and was able to get it rescheduled thankfully, thinking 15 minutes was enough time to grab a soda and a beer. I finally asked as one was serving guests who came well after us what is the process. He mentioned the other bartender has our side, I said she hasn't looked our way once, I assumed she was just servicing the servers. The other couple went and asked as well and we were able to find a waitress to just help us and take our order, she said she couldn't take it to us upstairs so we had to wait. I think there was a lot of missed opportunities for service and purchases in that moment. We continued to play and the attendees around the courses were great and helpful. We did end up going to eat elsewhere since service seemed to be an issue. We do plan to go back next month but will be prepared to expect long waits and or we will eat ahead of time.

We originally found them through Groupon, but when we visited their website, we noticed they were offering a 25% off promotion from July 3rd through July 5th, so we decided to take advantage of that deal. They offer both a 9-hole and an 18-hole mini golf course. The 18-hole option costs a little more, but with the promotion, it was a great value. We opted for the 9-hole course and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the check-in process easy. Since we purchased our tickets online in advance, we were able to pre-check in for our reserved time slot. It was fairly busy because of the holiday weekend, but the course flowed well. Guests simply waited for the group ahead to finish each hole before moving on, which kept things organized. They also have a restaurant and bar inside, making it easy to grab food and drinks before or after your game. We noticed they offer happy hour specials from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, although I'm not certain if those specials are available on weekends. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again if we're in the area. It's a bit of a drive for us, but it was well worth the trip for a fun family outing.

Okay, this place is a whole vibe…read more Stardust Pin Bar is one of those hidden little spots that makes you feel like you're in on a secret. The entrance alone deserves a moment -- you literally walk through a walk-in fridge/freezer door to get inside. I'm always a sucker for a fun entrance, and this one definitely delivered. We sampled a variety of drinks and everything was delicious, but the Mazapan shot was easily my favorite! Sweet, nutty, and such a fun little treat. The decor is cool and eclectic, the music was on point, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I want from a hidden bar -- laid-back, fun, and just a little mysterious. I also love that Stardust is from the same owners as Ziggy's Pizza, which made discovering this spot even more fun. Definitely one of those places where you walk in thinking you'll have a drink or two and suddenly you're fully invested in the vibe. Cute entrance + delicious drinks + great music + cool atmosphere = Stardust is officially on my list.

Located downtown, while they have a small parking lot that they share with The Van Buren, I Ubered over. Ambiance (2.5/5): To get in, go into Ziggy's Pizza. You'll see a bouncer. He will check your ID and then you'll make your way through the walk in fridge. That will take you to a door that leads you to the speakeasy. When you think of a speakeasy, you think of dim lighting. Intimate. Quiet. This isn't that. On the weekends, Stardust turns into a casual club. There's a DJ, there's a dance floor, and there's pin ball. Not your run-of-the-mill speakeasy at all. So I guess it all depends on what you're looking for. For me, I think I would like it a lot more on a week day when it's a lot less congested. Service (4/5): Even with them being quite busy, the bartenders are quite efficient and attentive. Which makes things go through quickly, despite a line. Well done all-around. My only complaint? You pay on those little handheld devices which don't show you an itemized receipt. I had to ask for one. Food (N/A): They're owned by the same people as Ziggy's so you can wait for your food at Ziggy's and then bring it into Stardust. There are a few booths in Stardust so you can sit and eat. Ziggy's is pretty good pizza, so I recommend it. Drinks (3/5): When we're talking speakeasies, the expectation is elevated cocktails with an interested blend of flavors and ingredients. While Stardust has a cool menu, the cocktails are made quickly so the focus is on speed rather than quality. They're not bad per se, nor are the prices, but they're not speakeasy quality. I've tried four or five different ones on the menu. The creativity is there to a degree, but the execution isn't. While a bit critical since they're a speakeasy, overall, Stardust is a pretty cool spot. If you come right after a concert gets out at Van Buren, expect for there to be a long line. I'm planning to come back on a Tuesday. Why? Free pinball (normally it's a $1 per play) and specials on cheese pizza slices and beer.

Normally, a server greets you shortly after you arrive and goes over safety, but we waited about 10 minutes before he even came by. When he did, he skipped any introduction and just asked what we wanted to order. I've had the Play More Membership for about 5 months and ordered waters and an appetizer, the chicken buffalo dip. The food actually came out quickly, in under 15 minutes, which was great, but our server then confronted the food runner in front of us, questioning whether the order was even ours because it came out so quickly. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since the runner confirmed it was correct. From there, the service continued to decline. I had to repeatedly remind him to bring waters, plates, and napkins. He eventually brought four plates but only two napkins for a group of four, and even after asking multiple times, the waters didn't arrive until we only had about 15 minutes left of gameplay, after asking four times. By that point, we were already 30 to 40 minutes into our session. With about 12 minutes left on the hour, he came to charge us using the handheld device. After we paid, we chose not to tip because the service was clearly not up to the usual standard we expect at Topgolf. He immediately turned the screen, saw the $0 tip, and loudly said, "I'll make sure you guys never fucking come back here again." He said this aggressively and loud enough that the surrounding bays turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable conduct, especially given his tone and inappropriate language. He then left the bay area. Shortly after that, a manager came over and told us to leave, even though we still had about 10 minutes of gameplay remaining and unfinished food. The manager also refused to provide the server's name, despite it being clearly visible on his name tag. The manager told us, "My server said that he was disrespected by you guys, so I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave." Even after explaining the situation, he still did not try to accommodate us. To be clear, the gameplay and the food were great as usual, but the service and how this situation was handled completely ruined the experience. As a loyal Play More member who has been coming to this location for years, I'm extremely disappointed. Being verbally disrespected and then asked to leave without any refund or compensation for unused time and unfinished food is unacceptable. Especially after we waited an hour and a half to get a bay. Which we happily waited due to previous amazing customer service from other servers. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not the level of service I've come to expect from Topgolf. De' Laurence needs more than just a conversation with management--this was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. His demeanor and behavior are not appropriate for a customer service role.
