Easy free parking in the garage across the street. An inviting atmosphere. Restaurant and bar too,…read morewith my kinda cocktails on the menu, of the sweeter variety. But I just came here to play mini golf. Staff was great, and I was able to start early since I arrived before my reserved play time. There are two courses on site (starting either upstairs or downstairs), you don't get to choose when you book online, at least I don't remember being given an option, they just place you in one. I did the yellow & green course (amber & emerald to be exact). Lots of lights and color with moving parts on some of the holes. And the main difference is automatic scoring via ball sensors (which means I couldn't cheat, lol). I actually never keep score when I play mini golf. But I do like getting extra tries. The place was pretty busy, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea anyway. The holes are playful and creative, but more flashy than challenging. I'm no pro though so I'm fine with that. After getting a hole-in-one on the first two holes, I was feeling pretty confident. I know it was partly luck, lol. Not surprisingly, it didn't last. I had fun, that's what matters.

It was so busy around noon, but it was also Good Friday so a lot of people didn't have work or school. Fortunately, we were able to book a tee time. We chose 18-holes which was two 9-hole games, on different courses. Game one was on the first level. It was actually so much fun. I loved the setup - you can see your group's info on the TV screen each time you move to the next hole. Your golf balls are tracked, so it can keep score for you. Our second game was upstairs where there was a big party finishing up ahead of us. That did slow things down a bit, but understandably. Our favorite part of each round was trivia, where you aim the golf ball into either the true or false slot to answer the question on the TV screen. Service was great - both guys that checked us in for each game were very helpful. Also, someone ahead of us had an issue with their golf ball not registering any movements, but a staff member quickly replaced it with a new ball. The staff member who oversees each course can also put in drink orders for you. That's convenient, but we didn't order anything. The game moves pretty quickly anyway. Lastly, they have a weekday offer where you buy one 9-hole game and get 50% off a second game. We would definitely come here again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall vibe of the lounge and enjoyed the light up dance floor and sounds and lights coming off the pinball machines. Drinks and beers were tasty and fairly priced. So many revival/retro arcades do the "by the hour unlimited play" which just blows the nostalgia and laid back vibe for me ? The golf monitor games are a total game-changer for kids who normally couldn't care less about golf. Our kids were hooked on Angry Birds and Candy Crush Golf for hours. By the end of the session, they were begging to come back -- and actually asking to practice their swing. As a parent, that's a win. The space itself is clean, well-designed, and genuinely family-friendly. Staff was attentive and the mobile ordering setup made it easy to manage food without stepping away from the bay. Pro tip for families: grab the Summer Fun Pass at $179. We got it and it's absolutely worth it -- unlimited visits all summer, which completely changes the value equation when you're bringing multiple kids. What feels expensive as a one-time drop-in becomes a no-brainer as a recurring family activity. A couple of honest notes: the background music is quite loud -- fine for adults at the bar, but a bit much when you're trying to coach a 6-year-old on their stance. And the food is very much bar-style -- chicken sliders, tater tots, nachos. It does the job and the kids loved it, but don't come expecting a culinary experience. Overall, Topgolf nailed the formula: fun, active, social, and it got our kids genuinely hooked on golf. With the Summer Pass, it's genuinely one of the best family investments this season.

I visited Topgolf Glendale on Saturday night (3/14) and had one of the worst service experiences…read moreI've ever had here. We were in Bay 109 and our server was De' Laurence. Normally, a server greets you shortly after you arrive and goes over safety, but we waited about 10 minutes before he even came by. When he did, he skipped any introduction and just asked what we wanted to order. I've had the Play More Membership for about 5 months and ordered waters and an appetizer, the chicken buffalo dip. The food actually came out quickly, in under 15 minutes, which was great, but our server then confronted the food runner in front of us, questioning whether the order was even ours because it came out so quickly. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since the runner confirmed it was correct. From there, the service continued to decline. I had to repeatedly remind him to bring waters, plates, and napkins. He eventually brought four plates but only two napkins for a group of four, and even after asking multiple times, the waters didn't arrive until we only had about 15 minutes left of gameplay, after asking four times. By that point, we were already 30 to 40 minutes into our session. With about 12 minutes left on the hour, he came to charge us using the handheld device. After we paid, we chose not to tip because the service was clearly not up to the usual standard we expect at Topgolf. He immediately turned the screen, saw the $0 tip, and loudly said, "I'll make sure you guys never fucking come back here again." He said this aggressively and loud enough that the surrounding bays turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable conduct, especially given his tone and inappropriate language. He then left the bay area. Shortly after that, a manager came over and told us to leave, even though we still had about 10 minutes of gameplay remaining and unfinished food. The manager also refused to provide the server's name, despite it being clearly visible on his name tag. The manager told us, "My server said that he was disrespected by you guys, so I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave." Even after explaining the situation, he still did not try to accommodate us. To be clear, the gameplay and the food were great as usual, but the service and how this situation was handled completely ruined the experience. As a loyal Play More member who has been coming to this location for years, I'm extremely disappointed. Being verbally disrespected and then asked to leave without any refund or compensation for unused time and unfinished food is unacceptable. Especially after we waited an hour and a half to get a bay. Which we happily waited due to previous amazing customer service from other servers. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not the level of service I've come to expect from Topgolf. De' Laurence needs more than just a conversation with management--this was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. His demeanor and behavior are not appropriate for a customer service role.
