I like to give a big shout out to Robin (owner) & Brandon..(Technician)... okay; So this is reason for the shout out. I purchased "Polaris IQ Alpha-link robotic pool cleaner. My robot ran flawlessly. Never had a single issue. Until a couple of months ago. I noticed it would run then get stuck at the bottom of step. (Just stay there) only after I would nudged it gently it would run. However if i wasn't around to see it stuck at bottom of the step. (I would come back to see a half cleaned pool. I did the usual troubleshooting .,. checked the canister, checked the cable, checked the brushes, checked the wheels..checked the controller everything checked out. After exhausting even YouTube videos, to see how to fix the issue i gave up.. I spoke to Robin..even sent him a video of robot to show him the problem. I took it in..Brandon (Tech) stated he would run a diagnostic on it..call me with the result. I took it in on a Saturday. I was expecting Brandon to call Wednesday at earlies. To my surprise I receive a call from Brandon, not even hour after dropping the unit off! I'm dreading the bad news.. Brandon goes a say hey come pick up the robot ! I'll tell you. what the issue "was" when you arrive. When I arrived, he explains the internal gears had worn down on the wheels! Plus the repair was covered by the warranty! I took the time to write this (mini novel )! Because; today we as a society are quick to criticize when we experience bad service at a drop of a dime! 3 months ago Kleen Sweep Jason cleaned my pool grids. I was extremely pleased with his work and it was super affordable. Then I bought a Track Vac from a different pool company (I dont know why). The $500 Track Vac did not work and this other company came out and said my equipment isnt powerful enough but now I was stuck with it. Then today my pool equipment stopped working completely. I called Kleen Sweep because I remembered how professional Jason was. Brandon put me on the schedule for the next day. I was fully prepared to gut all equipment and put in all new (based on what I was told by the other company). Kleen Sweep Adam was here for less than 10 minutes and got my equipment back up and running. Also, the Track Vac that the other company sold me works wonderfully. They were servicing my pool for awhile. But, notice the pool service guy never clean out the vacuum basket. One day he did and the water suction was released and no water was flowing through the pool equipment. Which burned out the motor. The owner came out, took a look at the motor and said his guy did not do this and it's not their fault and just walked away, got in his truck and droves off. Huh. They spend MAYBE 5 minutes per week on your pool and swear that's enough but our pool began to suffer and we ended up having to take matters into our own hands anyway. Pool cleaning services is not worth what you pay for. They do not scrub the walls or stairs , algae build up that is not taken care of. Tech spends maybe 5 minutes at your pool . So many other choices that are more expensive, but an extra 30 dollars a month to actually have your pool look food is worth it . read more

I am all about local business. These guys are FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Kleen-Sweep for ALL of your pool and spa needs. They are so nice and extremely helpful. They are super knowledgeable and take the time to help you with all of your needs. The hubs and I went in and we had a green swampy pool for starters. There is a young guy there and I wish I would have caught his name, he has helped us every time we go in (and he remembers us). He walked us through the whole process of how to get rid of the algae problem. Every step he gave us was easy and clear. We purchased the chemicals that were necessary for this process. 4 hours after we added the chemicals, our pool was NO longer green. We were so impressed!! We had our water tested on site. Long story short- we ended up having to drain our pool. We hired a pool man/crook a year ago and he made some serious chemical errors.The young man gave us many options and we decided to do it ourselves and rent a submersible pump from The Home Depot. He walked us through everything we needed to do and saved us money. We now have a sparkling pool and we did it our self with the help of Kleen-Sweeps outstanding customer service. Thank you!! Wow! Robin (sp?) at Kleen Sweep found a gem of an employee - Devyn -. I walked in today to obtain information about very specific items for a pool - chemicals, ionizers, automatic cleaners and variable speed pumps. She was a darn encyclopedia of information. She talked about seasonality of chemicals, the power usage for the pentair pump, even the tire/wheel makeup on the 2.0 cleaner. We discussed water chemistry (a Aqua Rex) and knew very our pool builder very well (Frontier pools and knew him by first name) Devyn takes pride in her work and is obviously an asset to the business. I am elated that she took the time to explain my questions and offered for me to "come by any time if I need anything else. Yes, they will get my business when the pool build is complete. Then all I got was Bad service, green pool, dirty pool and high conditioning that left me emptying my pool 3 years in a row. Robin the owner is Condescending and Always quick to point blame Anywhere but where it belongs. His company was Paid to keep my pool clean and serviced. Final straw-new company I hired cleaned filter first time (30 days after Kleen Sweep cleaned it) and new guy found broken and missing parts! I posted review on Kleen Sweep website and As Usual Owner Doesn't take responsibility. His technician for last 3 months of our service was Green and Inexperienced. I am in complete disbelief! Kleensweep is still charging me for June pool service. In addition, they are adding late fees because I did not pay for the service I didn't receive. My pool had no conditioner, my spa was green and unusable, and still they have the nerve to charge me. I do not recommend this company. Update: 8/5/17. Received message from Robin, owner, stating he will delete June fee and late fee. Robin stated in message that the employee was no longer with his company and that they were also unhappy with his work. Thank you, Robin, for that courtesy. Have been with this pool service for many years now, my pool cleaner from here recently left his job, since then, the owner Robin has been personally cleaning my pool the last 4 weeks, every week I have yellow staining on all my stairs, wall, and spa. Kept telling me I didnt need anything and he scrubed off, only to be back on walls and stairs within 2-3 days of cleaning , finally after 4 weeks now he recommended an additional additive to my pool, also recommended motor replacement, and gave me a time, never showed up on time and now claims he never scheduled for that time and Im wrong. Also has left my leaf canister unscrewed after leaving with equipment running, So I have cancelled my service contract, my motor replacement, and will find a professional. Its obvious that this place has gone to shit on service since the regular worker has left. Highly do not recommend. Owner is better off behind the desk, cant keep pools clean on his own, dont know what has happened here, but DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS read more

Bought a pool vacuum from them for my pool, was very excited after having a multitude of problems with the one I bought on Amazon. Took it home and hooked it up, it didnt work, brought it back the next day, thoroughly frustrated, met with Robin the owner, talked me thru the entire installation, described the skimmer that I had and gave me a $5 dollar part to fix my suction problem. He was kind, explained everything thoroughly without making me feel stupid, and assured me, it would all work out, if I couldnt get it working he even offered to come out and install it for me.
