It's a café, but also part library, community center, and general town hall. The walls are decorated with local memorabilia and even a map on which visitors can mark their home. There are markers from all over the US. There is a regular menu you can order from at any time, but on certain days is a special that includes sides and a dessert. It's a bargain.
