I've been to so many dispos over the years this is honestly the first dispo that no one has any good customer service. I went in and it wasn't even busy, no greeting no hellos. Literally all the workers were just talking to each other having their own conversation and me standing there for 7 min until the employees finally finished their conversation. When they finally acknowledged me they asked, "ok what do you want?" My first time in there and them not telling me any discounts that first time customers can get, they clearly did not care for my patronage. As far as weed dispensaries, 3rd times the charm as Klover is the 3rd dispensary I dealt with and without a question is #1! I discovered Klover looking for bud delivery online. I really like Klover's whole process - it streamlines bud buying so well, such as just making the prices one flat rate price that includes tax. (That really is convenient as you know exactly what you're paying upfront.) I just went online to Kloverup dot com and filled out some info quickly, along with uploading a pic of my ID. Picked out what type bud I wanted using the filters and chose the best for the best - Cream of the Crop Black Mamba OG for myself. They said it would arrive within 40-60 minutes and they've always been on-point. Shout out to Brandon, Jan and Greg the delivery homies I met thus far. Also, I went into the shop in person and that was a good experience as well. Checked in easily - security, front desk and my budtender all cool as a California night in the Autumn. I'm digging Klover and highly recommend them for weed delivery as well as in-person shopping at their Eatudillo Street location. Thank you Klover! This place is so cute!! We came for the opening so they had tons of deals, but I will definitely be back again. The location is very convenient for downtown, midtown, and central SD. There's a large parking lot and it's fairly easy to find, with good signage and beautiful street art inside and out. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Brooke who really went above and beyond. I also felt there was a wide range of options, so while they do stock the pricey stuff that you'll find at other dispensaries, we were also able to find cheaper options that were more accessible for occasional dabblers. read more

I don't want to leave a bad review but I feel like I have to. I like this place a lot, we always stop by after the airport when we come into town. This most recent time we bought a pack of pre rolls, about 14 rolls and the package was completely empty. We did not realize this until we ubered all the way to the airbnb we booked in Mission Beach. We called Klover, and they stated they would write our number down and call us back. We never heard from them again. I know it sounds bizarre, but we felt the same way when we opened it. I don't like leaving bad reviews but it was not cheap and hope people just don't get screwed like us. Check your stuff before you leave. Otherwise, great atmosphere and employees. read more

10/10 would go again. First thing I want to mention is that I saw some reviews talking about employees "not being supervised" or "prices are too high" and we're getting ripped off. 1. I couldn't have had a better experience with the employee I was chatting with. They were incredible polite, very professional, while also being very casual and friendly. 2. It's a dispensary... Items may be higher priced compared to other dispensaries in SoCal or other states, but it's San Diego! I assume their overhead costs an arm and a leg because this place is swanky. Plus you're not buying it from someone on the streets. I wanted to bring in a coffee + sandwich and kick back in there! It's a really cool space. I no longer live in the area, but I stopped in while I was back visiting family. This place could have definitely been a regular spot for me. I would recommend this location to everyone. read more

Pretty good deals for pre rolls, I bought 3 (Indica,sativa, & hybrid) for 24$ and they hit hard. Pretty spacious from the inside and employees are very helpful and nice. I've been to a few dispensaries in San Diego and this place is by far my favorite. I visited this past July on my birthday and the whole vibe was very welcoming and chill. The place is big and very easy to walk around and browse alone or if you need help the budtenders are very helpful especially when I needed some edibles to help with my insomnia. I went to another place closer to my workplace and the parking was tight, busy and I think I had to say excuse me a few times just to get around. Even though this place is out of my way it is hands down is my #1 favorite place to go. read more

I went in to test out new dispensaries in my area. I do have a medical marijuana card for myself that I got specifically for California. I came in and had no idea they only took cash, which I have not been used to since other 2 I've been too takes card. Even though they do have an atm inside which is good for situations like this, only thing is it takes a 3 dollar fee. The inside is nice, clean and kind of aesthetic looking with the paint/pattern designs. The employees were very nice and knew answers to my questions if I had any. Overall love this place and will come back eventually. read more
