Let's just say I'm definitely pleased with the service, and products I received on my FIRST visit last night. I went around 8pm. It was not very busy, and the intake process was quick, and painless. I was greeted by security, and I wasn't treated like a druggy like some other dispensaries. "Fro" was my Budtender, and I appreciated his willingness to help me find what I wanted without making me feel rushed. I had ordered online which was ready when I got there, but I ended up getting an additional item because I was so happy with the treatment there, as it's hard to find your favorite dispensary. This is the first dispensary in the area I have tried out and I was really excited to because the decor on the outside/inside looks so cool. When I walked in I was greeted by the security guard and then the front desk lady, she checked me in and looked at my ID and then let me in the room where they actually sell stuff. When I walked in it was huge and I was greeted by Erik who just took me right under his wing and showed me what was up and made the process painless. Staff and managers are always super friendly and have great customer service. The selection is really good, too. They have specials for each day of the week and we got buy one, get one 1/2 off for edibles and drinks for their Sunday deal today. Their prices may seem higher, but they include tax in the price so it works out to be similar to other places. read more

I usually have no issue with this dispensary but I was really disappointed with this visit I would give 2.5 stars but this is a major what the heck moment for me . I asked a man on the sales floor to show me hybrids , I paid good money to see once I got in my car it was a sativa .. so not even 5 minutes later I go inside for an even exchange or atleast my money back and they sent another person out said I'd need to buy more at a discounted rate . It really upset me that I have to pay MORE for something that wasn't my mistake and wasn't opened . This really left a bad taste in my mouth . I have been smoking marijuana for 11 years. While me and my boyfriend were at a hotel we found this place while looking for weed. We live in San Diego but we like to get away and get hotels every now and then. I walked into this place and it seemed nice. I asked if they had any first-time patient deals and they do not. They offer second time patient deals. I asked why that was because what if we were visiting out of town. He then said that was the main purpose on why they do it. Which I think is a bad policy for the company. I don't have a reason to be coming back so I lost out on my deal because of that policy. I then asked him about the marijuana and he said they tax. Which I knew. Their lowest priced gram was 14$. They have a lot of homegrown which smelled not that good. I was telling my boyfriend that the usual place we go to wasnt this high. The gentleman i was working with whose name was Dana, jumped in and said "all illegal dispensaries don't tax." Implying that i go to an illegal shop. I said, "my shop taxes. We don't go to illegal shops". The more we asked about price the more agitated he seemed to get. He kept walking away from us and if you've been here you know it's a large store. He also kept rolling his eyes. He continued to down-talk other dispensaries. I don't want to put exactly what was said. He wouldn't tell us any deals they had and told us to read what was behind him. He kept making smart remarks about our money and pricing implying that we can't afford it but we were going to spend 100$. I went outside because i didnt want to be around him or buy anything from there but this was the only place. When my boyfriend got the weed he came back to the car, he opened it up and it smelled like Oregano. My boyfriend explained that this weed was not the weed he smelled and ended up giving us the WRONG weed. The security guards we amazingly nice to us nonstop. He explained the situation , showed him the weed, and let my boyfriend inside . (They saw us the whole time and knew we didn't take any weed and leave) Dana then gave my boyfriend a hard time by saying he couldn't bring the weed inside since it was open already, however he was let in. Dana had switched the orders. He proceeded to refuse to give my man info about the weed he purchased to compare the two. Long story short .. We got the right weed and left . I paid 40$ for an 8th and 6$ for a half gram preroll the size of a SMALL SAFETY PIN instead of spending the amount we came for. I think he thought we were cheap African Americans who were out of place . But we came to spend a lot of money. I will NOT come back. But i appreciate the two gentleman security guards to the fullest. If i could give no stars i would. read more
