We made a lot of calls to find KLV. It seemed like the only people returning our calls were to let us know that they don't do that kind of work. KLV responded to my call quickly, we set up a time, the contract spelled exactly what needed to be done, the roof wasn't done correctly and he made that adjustment. The price was affordable. He repaired the roof from leaking in the bedroom and in the sunroom did an excellent job, he took his time to explain what he did with pictures, cleaned up behind himself, which is important I've used contractors who have not done that and his rates are incredibly reasonable read more

I am beyond pleased. I was in touch with them for a few weeks due to the fact I wanted to get the best estimate, and I received 7 or 8 estimates. KLV was the lowest of them all in terms of pricing. Bernabe and his crew arrived on time. They worked efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves, and Bernabe was very friendly, and thoughtful of his assessment. Few days after the job was completed, I was walking to the front of my house and inspected the stucco work as the reason for the repair was damaged roofing that cause water damage to the stucco, and started having rat issues. I spotted what I suspected was another stucco deterioration on a certain part of the front of the house along with some slight discoloration of the wood in that area. I reached out to Bernabe and he came out the next day and confirmed my suspicion. He gave another quote for the new job, and we agreed on a certain day he would come out to work on this new repair. The problem with my roof was a maintenance issue that was easy to overlook for many homeowners until it was obvious that there is a problem. In the interim, I asked him some questions of things I could do on my own to cut cost. He was happy to help out with advice and recommendations for products. We are still in the talking stage of replacing all my T type vents depending if the pest control could sealed off those vents to prevent rodents from entering my house. He is very friendly, accommodating, and just a great guy through and through. I live in a gated community and have our own social media group. Whenever someone ask for a recommendation of a good roofer, I would definitely recommend KLV Roofing. They back up their work with a 5 years warranty. This review is long over due. First of all, I definitely recommend KLV roofing. Long story short, my elderly mother's roof started leaking and I had to find someone quickly. Unfortunately I live out of state so finding someone who wouldn't take advantage of the situation was not an easy task. Barnaby did a great job accessing the roof. He explained that a repair wouldn't be good enough and that the entire roof needed to be replaced. I told him our personal situation as my mom has been taking care of my ill sister and he advised that he could repair some parts of the roof at a much lower cost but that he could not guarantee the work because it would basically be a bandaid and not a solution. I really appreciated that he still gave me an option to better fit our limited budget but in the end we decided to bite the bullet and replace the roof. He and his team managed to get it all done in less than 3 days. They cleaned up and hauled all the debris as well. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. He stayed in communication with us, sent before and after photos as well. I definitely recommend him and his team because they do honest work and I genuinely feel like he is a good person.
