I tried to replace the power window motor on my Silverado by myself. Big mistake. Once I got the door apart I realized that it was a MUCH more complex job than I expected. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! It depends on what you're having done. But I feel the prices here are aptly fair compared to the alternatives. For instance, I'm not likely to go to Firestone for a routine oil change because of the potential wait time. So, I come here instead. I'm not likely to waste my time and gas money driving all the way to the Pit Stop on Viscount Boulevard anymore; especially since, in addition to being overpriced and genuinely pushy on selling unnecessary additional cosmetic services, they also "forgot" to re-install two bolts on my oil pan. Now the thing dangles like a limp noodle. But...I digress. So, I come here instead. They're like, 5 minutes from my house, a state inspection costs around 18 bucks, and the mechanics seem very professional. If there's additional concerns they have with your vehicle, they'll mention them on the spot and even give recommendations. Best of all, I appreciate the fact that they aren't doing this simply as a mission to get every dollar out of your wallet; even if this IS essentially a means to a financial end for them. She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH.
