They respond within 2hours. 2nd, I was told to come in the next day to discuss in detail. Place is clean. Checking out what other customers are doing to their cars, Waiting room has comfortable sofa's and a big TV with Netflix while you wait, Posters of their previous work on the wall, Office has allot of POP figures (nerd inside me). 3rd, appointment was set 3days later to drop the car off. I picked up the car the next day at closing. Basically from my initial email, to the finished product, everything was done in 5days. Even told him for the second attempt, "You know how a race car looks right?" Coming back next year when vented my carbon fiber hood comes in. Also when I can afford the ~$2k estimate to install Seibon Carbon Fiber Doors. I will personally tip my original designer $100 if he were the one to handle my car. I'll change my review accordingly after my 3rd and hopefully final visit for a simple flag at October 21 11AM.

This was one of those very very positive experiences. Abdul from Vehicle wraps was an absolute pleasure to work while both making the process very seamless, and keeping extremely good communication throughout, which let me know that he takes his job and customers very seriously. Furthermore and most importantly, not only was the quality of the service and communication top notch, but the quality of the work was great, and he even provided , a warranty verbally letting me know that if anything is wrong I could reach out to him, and he'd be able to help. I in fact inadvertedly tested this as there was a small area, which pretty much noone probably would ever notice (under wheel area) (extreme nitpick), but which I thought I should ask him about. The great thing was, that with absolutely no trouble he said I could stop by anytime and indeed it was resolved within an hour the time I stopped by. I was not charged an added cost as promised would be the case, which is why I am writing this review. Not only is the quality of the job excellent, but you can feel comfortable you are taken care of even after you pick up your vehicle should any corrections be needed.

Sold the 3 a week after, wasn't worth the time to sue them in small claims court for damages and waste even more time & money fixing up the damages. Was beyond frustrated. Photos speak for themselves. Didn't even debadge the car properly and cut up around it and broke the 2 repeater cameras on my car and used silicon to glue it back in without telling me. Spent hours pouring gloo gone on my car to remove the silicon and paid 320 out of pocket to have them replaced and 180 to be rebadged...but hey at least they got to make some Instagram content with my car right? The car went in and came out horrible. Will probably never get a car wrapped ever again.

I purchased a sign from this company a few years ago with no issues. Since then, the lettering of…read morethe signs have basically disappeared, due to weather and age. I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

The worst experience of my life with my cars. I chose Wrap Mogul after my conversation with the…read moreowner, Stretch. Stretch guaranteed me. I would be happy with the installation results of the PPF and ceramic coating. The contract was for entire front using EXPEL PPF And Expel ceramic coating. The entire PPF had to be redone after I got a call that car is ready and to pick it up. When I got to Wrap Mogul I knew immediately the PPF was Installed in correctly and looked terrible. After waiting 4 days they totally destroyed the PPF that was sitting on my brand new car, after waiting for months to get this car. The cut lines looked were not even at all. Some places were missing PPF on the bumper. But the other side of the bumper had the missing PPF. Excuses after excuses. The PPF was not tucked in. Lines were off. The hand cut was literally terribly not straight. And you can see where the installer went back to straighten the lines but made it worse. It looked like the PPF installation was a botched DYI job. Not even close to acceptable. The installer said it was the best. No no no, that is absolutely not true. They kept my car for almost two weeks to redo the PPF! The owner Stretch made me feel it was at fault. He didn't say it, but the entire experience was terrible. To pay thousands of dollars to get a terrible job and worse the experience was the worst. PPF is already peeling and getting dirty. The ceramic coating is a problem, after I pickup my car, 3 days later it rained, the wind shield never had the beading effect ceramic coating is suppose to behave if installed correctly. I can see other parts of the car had water beading. I do not want to go back to experience the same or worse. When the owner has low expectations. Honestly, maybe that is the best this shop is capable of. Expel has warranty and Wrap Mogul has to life time warranty on installation. RHow can I trust Mogul Wrap todo the corrections? It's a brand new car. Im out thousands of dollars, I to have get the front Expel PPF stripped for the third time in 2 months and have PPF reinstalled and have the PPF ceramic coated. I've owned the car for only 3 months. This shop is an Expel authorized installer. I've Never used Expel PPF nor their ceramic coating. I usually have 3m put on. First experience with Expel, now Will Expel warranty the PPF and ceramic coating that was installed by Expels authorized installer?
