I have never experienced such poor management in my life. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. I was told by one of their reps when I finally reached someone to complain that they wouldn't have answered my call but had recognized my number as I had called complaining before. I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19.
