Liza my gf took me to the NorthKneaders Bakery & Café location. We were able to sit in the dining room. We ordered and sat. They were prompt, fast. Our food was brought to us within a few minutes. I've only been here once but I think I love this place. It kind of reminds me of a mash up between Panera and Cafe Zupas. I love the selection of sandwiches and soups they offer and will have to come again soon to experience other items on the menu. My last visit I had the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado sandwich along with the Chicken Enchilada Soup I think it was. Both were great! If you want to check this place out a fair warning is that they're packed during normal lunch and dinner hours. Come at an off time if waiting is not your thing. I came with a friend and we made a point to get there a little before noon and it was still a little packed. But it was worth the wait. I'll be a frequent flyer for certain. read more

Ordered through door dash. Had the blueberry smoothie, A+. The chicken bacon poop seed salad was freakin delicious. Loved it! Got a brownie, a cookie, and a cinnamon roll. Kneaders reminds me of a Panera Bread, although they have more pastry options and their ingredients are different. I ordered a turkey croissant sandwich combo #3 which it comes with chips, pastry, and a drink. The food overall was good minus the fact that the amount of chips I got is less than you would get in a regular small bag of chips. So a little disappointed in that, especially with what I was paying for, I expected more. Overall Kneaders is a nice addition to the Henderson area and much closer to my house than some other food spots, but I suggest giving more to the customers when they are putting out money for this business. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. After a Dr appt, feeling sick, I decided to get some soup for me, and a sandwich for my husband to have that evening. Ordered the squash soup, a sandwich and a Diet Coke. No Diet Coke at the window after waiting 12 min in line. The young man assured me I wasn't charged for it, and claims he's being pulled in different directions=busy. I get home with the bag, and discover a child's meal with grapes , a juice box , and greasy 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, my tuna with dark green soggy lettuce, and no soup. Called manager Lisa who assured me she'd look up my order as the first 3 numbers on the receipt are not legible. Claimed she would call me back with some refund idea. That was 4 hours ago. I will never go there again. If your people manning the mic and filling orders as well are feeling stressed out, then get them some help !! read more

Don't be fooled by the appearance on the outside. My first issue was the menu. Their menu only offers half sandwiches for the basic non signature sandwiches. When I asked if there was anyway to get a half they said "I'll just charge you full price and give you half". The woman on the intercom was very rude the entire time. They charge more for coffee than Starbucks and the coffee was absolutely terrible. All 4 different coffee orders. The sandwiches were also bland, dry bread and completely over priced. Let me start with something good. The quality of the food was good. Asiago Bisque soup was very tasty. Got some cookies to go, they were pretty good. Now the rest. The girl had to go over the order three times (2 sandwiches and 2 soups - not hard) and it still came out wrong. My wife's sandwich had provolone cheese on it (she asked for no cheese), my sandwich had an unknown cheese on it (I asked for provolone), my sandwich had ranch on it (I asked for mayo - hate ranch). The slices of bread for the sandwich are large, but the rest of the sandwich was skimpy. It looks like a lot of food, but there is hardly any meat on the sandwiches. So, it could be much better if the people that work there actually paid attention and cared about the customer service. read more

Back in school I had a Java Hut to escape to in order to make my days more bearable.A year later, I have Kneaders close to work. I work at a preschool literally 1 minute away, located in the same plaza and I can't tell you how many times I've escaped to this place for lunch. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Their employees are all amazing and kind. Fast, reliable and respectful service. Remembers their frequent customers and treats them well. This place is a better Panera. Food: almond croissant and breakfast croissant with sausage and egg and coffee. The almond croissant was a bit different in that it had an almond flavored custard on top. A bit sweet, but fresh. Hubby REALLY liked his breakfast. I guess compared to McDonalds it's an upgrade. Quality better than Panera. Ambiance: I liked the nice, clean seating area with comfortable booths and quartz counters. Nice to sit here and relax a bit and not feel rushed. Service: friendly, although they should have more than one cashier going... Food was brought to our table in an expected amount of time. Location: convenient to me, but like others said hard to turn around and go back towards 7 hills. He was incorrect in everything he messaged me. 1)Corporate Policy was NEVER explained. It was rudely said to us that the chairs can't be taken outside because "they will break." Very unapologetic, unkind, and not helpful. Very short. 2)Brendon was rude and condescending with a snarky remark of "...sometimes it's just up to our manger." 3)Leave our dogs at home? Since when is it store policy that we cannot eat OUTSIDE on a patio with any dog-let alone an Emotional Support Dog? We didn't even attempt to bring the dog in. We even stayed outside while others placed the order just to ensure we didn't bother anyone inside. 3)WE DID NOT FLIP ANY TABLES. This is a blatant lie. Both tables were upright, just as we left them, when we were driving off. If something happened after we left (which I truly believe it did not), it had nothing to do with my group. Managers have either fabricated this, or assumed it was my group. 4)Kneader's have chosen to "ban" my family "indefinitely" for something we did not do?! Shame on you. *********************** I have been going to Kneader's for years (St. George location), and I was thrilled to find out we were getting a Kneader's in Henderson. When it first opened, I loved the management and the food and the environment of the restaurant overall. We have now been "regulars" at our location over the years. Unfortunately, management has switched over, and there is a NEW MANAGER named ALEX, who has repeatedly been rude to my family and my friends. He has changed the entire environment, and it is no longer enjoyable to go to the restaurant if we have to interact with him. Every time we have had an interaction with him, we walk away feeling like he has talked down to us and doesn't actually listen to the problem we are experiencing. For example, our order has come out wrong and/or incomplete, and he will cut us off mid-sentence trying to tell us that what we have is correct. Multiple times our order is indeed incorrect, but he has not even given us the chance to explain. Our most recent occurrence was this morning. I brought family to have breakfast at this location, and they were traveling with an emotional support dog. We did not want to bring our large family plus the dog into the restaurant (which I thought would be appreciated) so we decided to eat our breakfast out on the patio area. We needed 2-3 more chairs and did not see anymore on the patio. We went inside the restaurant and kindly asked if we can use two chairs outside. He was completely rude and flat out told us no. We tried to explain our situation about the dog, but it did not make any difference to him. He was insistent that we don't take any extra chairs because "they would get broken outside." We promised him we would return them as soon as our meal was over-and he was still being rude to us. We tried to talk to another staff member about it, and he was also rude and interrupted us with, "Oh, well-sometimes it's just up to our manger." Neither one was understanding, apologetic, or kind. They walked off rolling their eyes and laughing together about our circumstance. Needless to say, this was the straw that broke the camels back. I have ignored every other time he has been condescending, arrogant, and rude. This, however, was too much. I have been met with nothing but smiles and appreciation at other Kneader's locations-which is part of the reason my family fell in love with the franchise. This man, does not embody the welcoming attitude that is so often present at other locations. It is upsetting to see this wonderful franchise be ran by someone who treats customers the way he does. It is sad because the St. George location would have gotten 5 stars from me. This location, before management change, 4 stars. I honestly should have given 1 star for this manager, but I can't bring myself to do that to this franchise. Awful service and food is "meh" at best. Made a to go order at the store and got home to discover missing items. Ordered soup and was asked what type of bread I wanted with it...but didn't get bread? Ordered a sandwich for my daughter but no sandwich in the bag? My pesto panini was burned. My wife's Thi Salad was super plain with some salty chicken sitting on top. I tried calling that night multiple times that night...no answer. Called the next morning asking for a refund...spoke to someone who apologized and said a manager would call me back at 2:00...still waiting for that call a week later. i am so so so so pissed i could cry. first of all let me start by saying i love this kneaders. this location has always been consistent and i've never had an issue with anything i get. so after an extremely long and hard day i make the drive to this location (15-20 mins) and get there at 8:30 on the 31st. sign on the door says closing early due to halloween. ok so i barely make it. put in my order ($35) and wait (observing the staff literally scrambling around trying to get everything done to get out of there) i ordered: - the large green avocado salad extra cucumbers, avocado on the side and extra thousand island dressing with croutons. - large turkey bacon avocado salad with caesar dressing and croutons - club sandwich on asiago bread i receive my food and leave. as i put the food in the car one of the salads fall out. i look at it and notice the dressing is white. looked closer and no extra cucumbers. looked at the other salad to make sure it was ok. looked fine. i took the green avo salad back and as i was walking in the i overheard the cashier say "omg i gotta lock the door" it's 8:52 i showed her the salad and said wrong dressing, no extra cucumbers and no extra sauce. she promptly took it to the back and had them fix it. no problem, it happens and i head home. i get home and unpackage everything and here's where it goes down hill for me: 1. the green avo salad had literally 2 pieces of avocado the size of my pinky in the salad. seriously?!? and it wasn't on the side like i requested. 2. then i notice i didn't get any croutons. NONE. ON EITHER SALAD. really?!?!? the very highlight of my salad was missing. 3. proceed to dip my lettuce and turkey in the dressing and that's when i blew it. they gave me ranch instead of the requested caesar dressing. I F*#*^%NG HATE RANCH DRESSING. 4. club sandwich was not made with the requested asiago bread. jeeeezzzzzz it is now 9:30pm, i have no dinner and no way to call them and complain. if they weren't in so much of a damn rush to get out early none of these mistakes would have been made. $35 down the drain i own a sandwich shop in town and i completely understand the desire to leave early whenever management allows. what i don't understand and will never tolerate is the complete lack of attention and care given to a customer and their food order. unacceptable at my shop and unacceptable anywhere else. if management is reading this, please reiterate to your staff the importance of getting customers order right. i don't care if someone comes in within the last five minutes of the day, you get their order right. read more

I went thru the drive-thru tonight, 6/25, order number 500083. The young lady taking my credit care was very nice and had her mask on the whole time which I appreciate in these times. What shocked me was the young lady putting my food in the bag 4-5 feet behind the lady taking my payment having her mask pulled all the way down to her neck not covering anything. I asked her name and her name is shannon and I asked why she wasnt wearing a mask as required by law and the other lady said she cant hear on the intercom when people order very well. I'm honestly up in the air on whether or not I'd go here hence the 3 1/2 stars. We had them cater our Friday company lunch. If you love fresh salad, sandwiches, and soup, this is a place to go to. I on the other hand am not too much of a healthy eater. I love my roastbeef moreso with a side of aujus instead of dry and in a bun vs bread. I found myself dismantling the sandwhich and just diving right into the onion and roastbeef only to find a thin slice of roastbeef hidden between salad, tomatoes and very little onion. That was kinda a bummer cuz roastbeef and onions to me is what makes the sandwich. I can't really say anything too bad about the place only because of my preference in food but they could work on their chicken noodle soup though. The noodles were thick rectangles that kinda had the texture (but not the taste) of sliced ginger. I prefer soft noodles. But I gotta say their Broccoli soup was amazing that I helped myself to 3 bowls. Didn't get a chance to try their raspberry dressing on the raspberry chicken salad but looks like it'd taste awesome... Im just not a salad person though everybody else at work almost finished it. read more

Why is it when a restaurant runs out of something they're advertising they don't post a sign to inform you. I waited in line for 10 minutes to find out the soup I was going to order was out. I've been here 3 times and have never had a good experience. If it weren't for the fact that my kids like it I would never come here again. Went to the drive through to get a bowl of soup and a sandwich. The bowel of soup (which is really a small cup of soup) and the sandwich which was always around 16 dollars has gone up six dollars in a few weeks. The food is pretty good if you don't mind small potions but the prices are way too high even with inflation they probably don't care but I will not eat there again. read more

When I arrived here 35 minutes before closing, I was informed that the kitchen was closed, they were out of soup and the only options were the meager leftover pastry selection and smoothies. If you're posted hourss say you're open until 10:00, I should be able to expect that I'll be able to order food until then, especially through the drive through. Thanks for wasting a 15 minute drive. EDIT: I was specifically told the "kitchen was closed" and that they couldn't/wouldn't make anything beyond a smoothie or pastries. My go-to deli/bakery in the top of eastern area! Always super fresh ingredients from they Barbra's to their vegetables to their specialty desserts. Highly recommend trying the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. It is rather large but so delicious that it's worth eating half and taking the other half to go. At time the wait to order can be extensive. I do understand since it's such a quality spot just be prepared to wait. Would be giving 5 stars but being understaffed can be annoying when you're in a time crunch. Ultimately a huge contribution to the area offering quality breakfast and lunch items! read more

Came Saturday morning around 10:30 am and it was busy but not packed. Pretty far out of the way but not too far for much of Henderson. Had breakfast, the greek omelette. Dad had the bacon egg and cheese croissant. Shared an apple bread pudding. My greek omelette tasted delicious. Not overly stuffed but a decent amount of feta and spinach. Just right. Dad enjoyed his croissant sandwich, but it's pretty hard to mess that up. Croissant was flaky and buttery. The apple pudding was amazing. Sweet but not too much. Lots of goodies for the whole family. I was so excited when this location opened and we usually come here for breakfast and it's always great - no complaints there. However, I've been twice now for dinner and both experiences were lack luster to say the least. The first time, my panini wasn't super warm, like it hadn't been in the press long enough, so it was just okay. My daughters sandwich was really greasy though, so that was kind of gross. On our most recent visit I was thoroughly disappointed. My panini was cold. Not cool, ice cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. As good as the breakfast is I wish the effort was consistent throughout the day. Everyone is so friendly in the morning and in the evenings, even when it's not close to closing time, I feel like they are getting ready to leave and I am slowing them down. This is a cute little bakery and cafe located in anthem. Inside they showcase some delicious pastries and desserts as well as a little spot for random gifts to put together a little gift basket... it's totally cute and original! The Turkey and Avocado sandwich with hazelnut bread was not only delicious but appreciated!! The hazelnut bread actually had hazelnuts in it, it gave it a little crunch!! Delicious!! And the turkey, it's not your typical deli meat turkey, it's actually real carved turkey!! The whole sand which itself was just amazing and refreshing!! Then I got a large avocado salad and though it was a simple salad with just lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheese and of course Avocado it just paired great with my sandwich!! This was a refreshing lunch and will be back again, who knows maybe I'll come back and shop their little boutique!! read more

It's moderately priced (similar to panera bread) but the flavors are better and the bread is amazing! I love the walnut and rosemary breads. They take quite a long time to give you a treat that you've been staring at in their fridge for 10 mins, but I'm willing to look past that because their desserts are SO tasty. I've tried their cheesecake, key lime tart (perfect), and dulce de leche pudding (amazing). I recently tried the Turkey avocado on focaccia sandwich, delicious, generous serving. Excited to head to Kneaders bakery , as we are from Utah. Kneaders in Utah is a staple of great baked food and wonderful customer service. I knew it would change as most chains do once they move to Vegas , so I was no setting the bar too high. I wanted to grab a croissant breakfast sandwich and a coffee as a starter nothing major. As I was placing my order at the register , I asked for cream cheese added to the sandwich , I like it that way. The person at the register said they couldn't do it like that. Ok , I then asked if they could just put it on the side. The register person was visibly irritated with I was chill about I thought but they said they didn't have cream cheese at all today. I let it go ok without not a problem. I changed the subject and asked about the sample items they had at the register. The register person was extremely irritated by know and pointed at the items and Barked out cookies, pastries and bread. I smiled and declined, just wanting to get the food and leave. When the croissant breakfast sandwich came out , it didn't look like a $ 9 croissant sandwich. The croissant itself looked big enough but when I opened the sandwich up , the the egg bacon and cheese were folded up in Half. The breakfast portion of the sandwich was not even half of the croissant, making it look so frail. I thought it was a one time incident so I went back the next day and ordered the same thing , and unfortunately had just about the same experience on the customer service as well as the croissant and again no cream cheese that day as well. Poor customer service, poor management, and horrible wait times. Went to Kneaders excited to try out and support a local eatery. Left with no food and shaking my head. Placed an order in the busy baker for 2 sandwiches and a soup. After waiting for 30 minutes for my food I asked if it would be coming out soon. With no apologies they simply said no. I asked for a refund which the girl on the register was unable to do. A manager came up to issue the refund. She refused to look at me when I addressed her, refused to offer an apology for the crazy wait time, and refused to even speak to me. The only person that would speak to us was the new employee that had only been working there for 3 days. It is there policy to serve the drive thru customers first and not warn the customers inside the restaurant that their orders would be put behind any coming thru the drive thru lane. If they would have at least told me and the other 25 people waiting inside of this then I would not be as frustrated. But they refused to speak to any of us. 2 managers on duty with obvious poor management ability or training. Lost this customer for life read more

Eaten here a handful of times. I figure, I rather go to places like Kneaders and contribute to local businesses instead of chains like Panera Bread. On Wednesday, I came in with my family to order a few baked goods. They have a lovely display of baked goods with a good variety as well. I placed an order for a few different cookies and a slice of banana pie. Usually, when you order baked goods (at least from my experience from bakeries and such) since they are already baked and ready to go, you order, pay and they bag it. Then you're good to go. I had to wait as they were making all the food from the orders in the drive through. Orders placed AFTER mine. I waited for like 20 minutes for 3 cookies and slice of pie that needed no preparation and could have just been bagged and given to me when I placed the order. Instead, I watched the kitchen staff prepare sandwich after sandwich (orders placed after mine) as the cashier avoided my stare. Seems like she didn't want to bag the goods herself? Instead she just got up and left for her lunch(?) maybe it was her break time? I don't know, but there was no reason she couldn't of handed me my order of baked goods from the bakery when I placed my order to begin with. I finally had it and asked them why my baked goods weren't bagged and they didn't really have an answer. Ridiculous wait, next time I'll just go to Panera. Where they bag your baked goods when you place the order. Also, the banana cream pie slice was beyond terrible. The manager or owner of this location needs to train their employees better. read more
