Named after the founder's daughter. Quality/Quantity - Went to the Mexican restaurant for lunch today as per our guest and it was NOT open for lunch... So here we are. We got the following, all of which were fresh and good. Albacore Tuna Salad Sandwich. Smoked Turkey & Avocado Sandwich - I chose the wrong bread and had a hard time finishing. Minimum avocado, but overall the sandwich was good. Ambiance - Small but a very busy location. Many pick up orders. Indoor and outdoor seating. One unisex clean restroom. Service - Counter service. Self service drinks. Overall okay service. Price - $54 + tip. Sandwiches are reasonably priced, but $10 for a smoothie...? Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success here since 2006, 20 years! After a workout at The District my friends and I decided to head over to Rachel's Kitchen for a healthy brunch. We debated over sitting inside or outside, but ultimately landed inside since it was a hot morning. I wasn't super hungry, so I opted for one of their fresh squeezed juices. While I was tempted to create my own, I decided to go with the Energizer and asked to add pineapple. While I anticipated a charge for the pineapple, I was kind of disappointed that they charged $1. I honestly should have just created my own. It was really fresh and refreshing though, exactly what I needed post-workout. The addition of the pineapple helped to smooth out the ginger root. The food that my friends ordered looked amazing too. It's definitely a perfect spot for a healthy pick me up! read more

I had seen this place when I was dining at Echo and Rig a while back, and thought I would give it a try this weekend. If you get there early enough. There is plenty of street parking, although I'm sure it gets busy later on in the day. Walking in the place is definitely very spacious. Interior wise. There is plenty of booth and table seating, front counter is neat and clean and you can see all the delicious pastries up front, and the big TV screen menus overhead. I was in the mood for a breakfast burrito so I got the breakfast wrap. It was in a flour tortilla, and had eggs, bacon, and a light amount of pico de gallo. They came with potatoes and a cup of fruit. I will say this, the burrito was a little bit dry and needed more salsa which they did not have. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and were very delicious. We ordered a poppy seed muffin and a blueberry muffin. While not served warm, they were still very delicious. My girlfriend ordered the favorite, which was scrambled eggs with avocado and feta cheese. On top with bacon. It came with a fruit cup and toast. I will say this, the downside is the toast came out completely dry. I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that doesn't have at least some butter on the toast. But that's a very small critique. Added bonus, they serve Peet's Coffee which was absolutely delicious. They have a great drink station set up where your soft drinks and coffee were all there for you to enjoy. Overall, the food flavor was great, and this is a solid place if you want to run in grab something to go or have just a quick dine in snack before going shopping or going to the casino. Bottom line? This was a great place to go. Definitely not a five-star place but a solid four for sure. Walked around the District and saw this place. Seemed like a nice breakfast place-there were some seats outside and some seats inside. Service was overall nice. We ordered at the counter and waited for our food to come out at our table. For me, the food was just okay. I had the banana and chocolate pancake. I like the vibe here. The staff is friendly enough. The Cobb salad I got was ok. The green smoothie I got was too green tasting. I like a little spinach thrown in for some added health benefits but I want to be able to taste the fruit. This is the 2nd time I got a smoothie and wasn't impressed. We had Rachel's Kitchen catered for my college graduation party this past Saturday night. Although I've never dined in at Rachel's Kitchen before, this may be a future possibility because their food was really good! So, I may want to go here one day. There was plenty of food to go around for my party of 10 people. Food items that made an appearance were the Albacore Tuna Sandwich and the 440 Sandwich, in which there were at least 15-20 total. Also catered were the Chinese Chicken Salad and the Signature Salad. The Chinese Chicken Salad included little chucks of mango in it and the Signature Salad was just your basic salad, with numerous vegetables and goat cheese sprinkled on top. A big bag of non-sweetened tea was also included. This here was some really good food, and like I said in the beginning, I would like to dine in here one day. Food is always good, the ambiance is relaxing but I was just charge $2.63 to call in my order (which I do frequently) to use your new digital order system 1) I was not told in advance of the charge, 2) the system does not offer an "opt out" and 3) if you want to implement the use of a digital system your customers should not have to pay for it. I'm sure I'm not the only one of your loyal (15 years +) customers who may not be returning to your restuarant until customer-focused changes are implemented. read more

I have only been there a few times and this is what I order each time that I'm here. It is their Chinese chicken salad and it is loaded with chicken greens mandarins it's fresh and absolutely delicious! It's a nice portion, and it is healthy! $15 is a good value considering that's what you pay for a Burger King meal deal which I don't eat anymore. They have a wonderful menu. This one is located inside The District and we looove the location! The food is also always so solid, which keeps us going back. They also have a rewards program, so if you're a frequent customer like we are, definitely sign up for that because you get rewards! I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich the last time we were here and wow, I don't know why I haven't ordered it before. It was SO good. Typically I order the Caesar wrap and that's really good, but this turkey sandwich might be my new go-to! I've also had the signature pasta, which when I want pasta, that's my usual! It's super tasty. I'm convinced anything you order here, you can't go wrong. Especially with the warmer weather, the patio is probably one of my favorites. If you can ignore the crazy birds (IKYKY), it's amazing. Also, it's dog friendly so a lot of people bring their dogs, too. We've definitely brought our dog here before and she enjoys it. He chose a sandwich in ciabatta bread. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Hit the spot especially on a hot Henderson day. Nice to be indoors w/AC eating healthy. The server came out alongside the robot server which was cool. Later on, the recharging spot for the robot was next to our table.
