If happiness had a flavor, it would taste like Rachel's Kitchen. I walked into Rachel's Kitchen in Henderson expecting a "good, healthy lunch"... and walked out wondering if I should just move in and make it official. First off--everything is fresh. Not "we say it's fresh" fresh... I'm talking you can taste your life improving with every bite fresh. I ordered thinking I'd be responsible and healthy... and somehow it still felt like I was cheating on my diet in the best possible way. The lunch? Outstanding. The iced tea? Best I've ever had. The portion sizes? Just right--generous without making you question your life choices. And let's talk about the vibe--clean, bright, welcoming. The kind of place where you sit down for a quick bite and accidentally stay long enough to rethink your entire weekly routine. Staff was friendly, quick, and actually seemed like they enjoy being there--which, these days, feels like a minor miracle. Final verdict: If you live in Henderson and haven't been here... what are you even doing? If you don't live in Henderson... it might be worth the drive. Rachel's Kitchen isn't just a restaurant--it's a lifestyle upgrade with a menu. I'll be back. Probably tomorrow.

This is called the favorite which is eggs and sausage and avocado with cheese on top. Definitely a lot of food

I had seen this place when I was dining at Echo and Rig a while back, and thought I would give it a try this weekend. If you get there early enough. There is plenty of street parking, although I'm sure it gets busy later on in the day. Walking in the place is definitely very spacious. Interior wise. There is plenty of booth and table seating, front counter is neat and clean and you can see all the delicious pastries up front, and the big TV screen menus overhead. I was in the mood for a breakfast burrito so I got the breakfast wrap. It was in a flour tortilla, and had eggs, bacon, and a light amount of pico de gallo. They came with potatoes and a cup of fruit. I will say this, the burrito was a little bit dry and needed more salsa which they did not have. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and were very delicious. We ordered a poppy seed muffin and a blueberry muffin. While not served warm, they were still very delicious. My girlfriend ordered the favorite, which was scrambled eggs with avocado and feta cheese. On top with bacon. It came with a fruit cup and toast. I will say this, the downside is the toast came out completely dry. I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that doesn't have at least some butter on the toast. But that's a very small critique. Added bonus, they serve Peet's Coffee which was absolutely delicious. They have a great drink station set up where your soft drinks and coffee were all there for you to enjoy. Overall, the food flavor was great, and this is a solid place if you want to run in grab something to go or have just a quick dine in snack before going shopping or going to the casino. Bottom line? This was a great place to go. Definitely not a five-star place but a solid four for sure. If you are ever over by Green Valley and are looking for a quick bite to eat, this is definitely a place you'll want to check out.

Mmmm we need to feed properly. It's time to breakfast or perhaps lunch and even dinner. You are welcome to the folks here at the District. They offer all things amazing for our help. How about when you wake let's go for breakfast . They don't disappoint. They have coffee to get you moving. Pair it with your favorite protein and it's gonna be a great day. Here's to blasting you full of energy too . How about a fresh squeezed juice . This is my favorite and go to for that burst of fresh. They have specialty juices already made available and you can choose these or pick your own . The flavor of Energizer it tangles your taste buds. It's fresh all the way through with beets and carrots and lemon and ginger . Wake and wake up . Here we go! Now let's explore lunch and all those things that make the day have a better feel with the proper fuel. Many times we have enjoyed here . The salads are delicious. The turkey club is always on point. Mmmm! Is it making you hungry ? Then if your out the dinner bell could be ringing and you don't have to cook. Yay! The mess to someone else's kitchen. The pesto sauce they serve is amazing. The tomato and basil offering fills you to your soul. You have options here so come out and explore . Doesn't a beet or kale refresher sound great!

Walked around the District and saw this place. Seemed like a nice breakfast place-there were some seats outside and some seats inside. Service was overall nice. We ordered at the counter and waited for our food to come out at our table. For me, the food was just okay. I had the banana and chocolate pancake. Nothing special about it and probably wouldn't get it again. It was really sweet (probably should have known with the combination lol) . Overall, just a standard breakfast spot.

The peanut butter blast smoothie has pieces of peanut butter cups in it! Along with the breakfast it was the perfect post workout stop. The food is wonderful and you don't feel guilty eating it. I also loved the service robot that delivered food to some of the tables to help the servers. The colors and design give it a fresh ambiance that makes it feel welcoming and healthy at the same time.

It's been quite a long time since I visited Rachel's Kitchen here in Henderson. I was happy to see that it's still up and running. I was immediately greeted by Carlos, and Sonia both of them helped me with the rewards, updating my phone number, and placing my order without there being a hassle. It was about 25 minutes before they were closing and Carlos asked if I'd be dining in or carrying out? This was sweet of him to ask. However it was late I wanted to head in for the night. I ended up getting the Kale, Banana, Ginger, and Lemon smoothie with a Walnut Goat Cheese Salad. I wanted to try the new Salmon Salad they have advertised on their boards outside. There was no Salmon smh. It was cool cause I'd just purchased a few pieces at Sprouts the day before so this was perfectly fine. I wasn't gonna spend $17 for a salad that didn't come with the Salmon (if I still wanted that salad) it wasn't an option to remove the salmon...even if there was none. It'll still be the same price that's crazy right ? I get it, small businesses have to stay afloat by any means necessary. I just wasn't going for it lol but you do have people that would've just paid the price without the salmon and been okay. That's cool for them as well. It was rather clean, and the prices are somewhat similar to what I use to pay when I lived on this side of town back in 2017. So I wasn't shocked that the salads were pricey. I can say, That the quality of ingredients that they use hasn't changed and I'm all for that. Thanks again Sonia, and Carlos for my services rendered to me. The owner should definitely be PROUD. Shout out to the young lady that prepared my salad for me back in the kitchen as well. I didn't ask her name, and forgive me but you gave me a beautifully prepared salad with my side of extra Lemon Vinaigrette dressing. It didn't go unnoticed.

We had Rachel's Kitchen catered for my college graduation party this past Saturday night. Although I've never dined in at Rachel's Kitchen before, this may be a future possibility because their food was really good! So, I may want to go here one day. There was plenty of food to go around for my party of 10 people. Food items that made an appearance were the Albacore Tuna Sandwich and the 440 Sandwich, in which there were at least 15-20 total. Also catered were the Chinese Chicken Salad and the Signature Salad. The Chinese Chicken Salad included little chucks of mango in it and the Signature Salad was just your basic salad, with numerous vegetables and goat cheese sprinkled on top. A big bag of non-sweetened tea was also included. This here was some really good food, and like I said in the beginning, I would like to dine in here one day. Everyone in my party commented on how delicious the food was, and I highly recommend them for catering purposes!

It was AMAZING! I was planning on getting the peach salad but they were out of peaches but the chopped salad was great! The sandwich's were good too! We'll be back! I got freshly squeezed lemonade, which hit the spot on a hot summer day!

Rachel's is always a go-to for a quick and healthier meal. Our food tasted fresh and the service was fast, we got one of the robot servers! The restaurant is never too busy and has the option for indoor and outdoor seating. The Caesar chicken club was definitely the favorite of the 3 we ordered!

I had a very hungry baby and a wife ready to order, so I had to walk to the front just to let the staff know we were there. They genuinely did not realize we had been seated. We also asked for a high chair and that wasn't provided so we had to sit the baby on the pillow in the far right corner of the restaurant. The whole situation felt chaotic, with staff unsure of table numbers and overall flow. Food didn't improve things. The Pastrami Salmon was overly salty, and even the caviar couldn't save it. The Nutella Crepe used a cinnamon batter that tasted strange and we couldn't finish it. There was a $4 upcharge for fruit, which was pre-cut and clearly not fresh. The Sesame Latte didn't taste like sesame at all - just a few seeds sprinkled on top. The chicken battered bacon was extremely salty we used the maple syrup provided to mask the taste. The space had potential, but sticky tables, crumbs on the seats, and an overall unclean feel made it uncomfortable. I honestly don't understand the 4.2-star rating. Maybe it was an off day, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Henderson. I hope they can improve their organization and consistency.

Makers and Finders is super easy to find, although it is a bit of a windy parking lot to find them, there is ample parking once you get inside. The signage is bright, welcoming, the windows are outfitted with catch phrases and other identifying marks to make sure you do not miss this place at all. As soon as we entered the building, we recruited by the wait staff at the front, who showed us to our table. The interior had a very relaxed vibe to it. Super wide open spaces, great view of the kitchen, and great view of the coffee bar. They also had a takeout service where you could walk right up to the takeout area and get your stuff to go. Along the back wall was a very whimsical and detailed mural as to how the business got to Las Vegas. Do yourself a favor, take a moment and check it out because it is worth the watch. The menu has all kinds of great food items, on this particular day, my girlfriend picked out the the Lox Benny, which had slices of salmon on a potato slice rather than a English muffin. Very ingenious! Very ingenious! The presentation itself was very pretty, and looked almost too good to eat. I opted for the Coconut tray slides pancakes. Which were absolutely wonderful. They came with a fruit compote, and it really helped balance out the sweetness with a little bit of tart from the berries. Of course, we had to have the short rib empanada, with some of the most amazing chimichurri sauce I have ever had. I swear to you, this chimichurri sauce would make an old chew taste good! You are definitely going to want to order more of it as you will want to slather the empanada with as much of it as you can. They're coffee, which is how the business got started in. The first place, is really on point. Not super strong but definitely not on the medium or weak side. It was a perfect starter for the meal. The Berries crepes were incredible -- topped with fresh berries, wild berry sauce, and whipped cream, light yet indulgent at the same time. The Short Rib Sandwich completely stole the show: tender braised short rib with Gruyère cheese, Dijon mayo, and arugula tossed in citrus sauce on warm ciabatta. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even with the Mother's Day rush, the atmosphere still felt warm and charming, like a little French café tucked away in Henderson. The interior design is open seating, has plenty of natural light, and has a bright design. Very welcoming and a nice spot to spend a few hours! Almond Croissant (7/10, $7) - It has a fantastic almond crunch paste on the inside that was not too sweet, but very filling. - The croissant was nicely toasted. Prosciutto Sandwich (6/10, $16) - The sandwich comes with a small side salad that was pretty bland. Just some vegetables and some dressing that tasted a little sour. - The bread was delicious, the prosciutto is tasty, and their cheese blends everything together well. - The reason for the 6/10 and overall 3-star review is because of portion sizes and price. At $16, I would expect a side of potatoes. Friends got their eggs Benedict, and at a similar price point, it came only with the Benedict and no sides. Overall, a nice, cute spot with plenty of seating and parking and good coffee. Expect for things to be expensive and portion sizes to be small, hence the lower star review.
