The waitress didn't seem very happy at the beginning, but we believed she was just having a moment of being too slammed. One of our pastas came out with some problems. We had no choice but to tell our waitress. She had it redo and put a rush on it. And shout out to the supervisor, Breanna, who came to apologize and turn the table of our moods. This is definitely a responsible and professional response to the customer and to her job. Another down part is the restrooms, maybe it's really a busy day for the staff today. My wife decided on Cheesecake Factory. It was a busy Sunday afternoon. The Sunday before school starts. It wasn't too long of a wait. We started with factory nachos with chicken, crab wontons, crab dip. My sons got kids Alfredo, Louisiana Cajun chicken, Cajun jambalaya pasta and my wife got brulee'd Frenchh toast. I got the dbl smash burger protein style. I forgot how big the portion sizes are and I was stuffed before my dbl smash burger came out. I enjoyed the crab dip and factory nachos with chicken. The food and portions at Cheesecake Factory is always good, but the service is what matters most. This location was the least busy Cheesecake Factory I have ever been to and we were seated immediately (we did have a reservation). Our waiter was attentive and the bread/food quickly. I got the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. Cajun Jambalaya Pasta - My stomach always hurts after Cheesecake Factory, and both my husband's stomach and my stomach didn't hurt at all this time! I think I've been a patron of the factory for going on 30 years (RIP Navajo Fry Bread sandwich). I am amazed at how a menu this big can be done so well. Truly a testament to their training, hiring, and food quality (I may have watched a few videos about it). Lately my go to's here have been the Chicken Shawarma if it's a lighter, eat with your hands meal, and the Chicken Bellagio which is so delicious in it's seeming simplicity. That and as much tropical iced tea and bread I can possibly put down. Our server Nicole was fantastic as were all the service staff. Drinks were always topped up. Even though we had a small table, someone was always there to pick something up that wasn't needed anymore, making it just large enough! My last review was three stars for the lack of Vegan options and now there's one less vegan option. I was craving a cheeseburger and fries with a Coke. My friend who is not Vegan wanted to go out for lunch. We were trying to decide on where to go. He often eats vegan foods with me as he enjoys it too. We love the Cheesecake Factory and decided to check out their happy hour with my mother since we hadn't done that before. When we got there, there was a little bit of confusion at check-in regarding seating--my mom wanted a booth, but we wanted to be able to enjoy happy hour and supposedly there wasn't any booths in that area, but after a little back and forth ended up being seated in the only open booth in the bar area after checking with a manager. It worked out, but the initial hesitation was a little odd. Once seated, everything was super smooth. Matt was our server and was friendly and attentive! We landed on the happy hour burger which was juicy, flavorful, and a solid classic! Would totally get. it again. The plating while super cute, did make it slightly challenging to build since it was plated on a slim board. The brussel sprouts were so crispy, the asparagus had a nice snap and loved the cheese. My daughter who is 10 noticed the great service she provided and how attentive she was and said, wow she is a good waitress!! Thank you Jaime! I have been a regular customer at The Cheesecake Factory, coming in at least once a month and often more frequently. Unfortunately, after my recent experience at your location, I will no longer be returning as a customer. I also occasionally DoorDash as a side job. On Tuesday, I came to your restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order. I went to the outside patio and waited for over five minutes in approximately 98-degree weather. During that entire time, the food was already sitting on the counter inside, ready to be picked up. What was especially frustrating was that there appeared to be only one person handling to-go orders, while multiple employees were constantly walking in and out of the kitchen area. Several employees saw me waiting, yet not one person acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. After waiting for more than five minutes, I could see the name on the receipt and finally opened the door and said, "Excuse me." The kitchen manager came out, and I explained that I had been waiting outside in the heat for over five minutes while the order was sitting inside. I want to be very clear about what happened next. I was frustrated, but I was never disrespectful, threatening, or profane toward anyone. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I have no problem being patient when someone communicates with me. My frustration came from being completely ignored while the order was already ready. What concerns me even more is the impact this has on your DoorDash customers. When delivery orders are left sitting and drivers are forced to wait several minutes before being helped, the food is inevitably getting colder. Your customers who paid for delivery are receiving a worse experience simply because their orders are not being prioritized in a timely manner. It also gave me the impression that the priority is being placed almost entirely on customers who are physically inside the restaurant, while customers ordering through DoorDash are being overlooked. That is not fair to those customers. They paid for their food just like everyone else, and they deserve to receive it hot and in a reasonable amount of time. What I find particularly disappointing is that the restaurant apparently reported my interaction to DoorDash as a complaint about my behavior. I have completed more than 6,000 deliveries and have never had an issue with a merchant or customer. To have this reported when I remained professional, despite being frustrated, is extremely disappointing and feels completely unfair. I believe your management should take a closer look at how this situation was handled. Customers and delivery drivers should not be left standing outside in extreme heat for several minutes without even being acknowledged, especially when their order is already ready. More importantly, the way delivery orders are handled directly affects the quality of service your DoorDash customers receive. Because of this experience and the way the situation was subsequently handled, I will no longer be visiting this location as a customer. Extremely Disappointing Experience We came in for dinner last night with an 8 PM reservation for indoor seating, but were seated outside instead. After being seated, it took 20 minutes just to get water, even after asking twice. We then sat there for over an hour without receiving any food. We have been coming to Henderson for many years and finally decided to try The Cheesecake Factory. I have to say they were extremely busy, and had a fairly long wait just to get to the reservation desk. We were fortunate to get a table at the bar and get dinner there. Our server was nice and the food was good. I had the Carnitas Bowl, nachos for appetizers and a Long Island Ice tea. All were good. My only disappointment was it took a really long time to get our drinks, our appetizer and eventually our dinner. We asked for boxes for our leftovers and that took a really long time as well. What's better than a slice of cheesecake? ............a free slice of cheesecake! :) As a member of their rewards program I receive a free slice for my birthday every year. So let's goooo. I ordered curbside pickup so I could lick up every bit of whipped cream in the privacy of my home. Lol. just kidding. Or am I?.... ;-) We arrived 10 minutes early. We figured no big deal, just put in our parking spot number, chill out, and listen to some music. About a minute later our food was delivered by a very friendly young lady. That was a nice surprise. My hubby never wavers on his commitment to the Shrimp Scampi. All the years I have been married to him he has never ordered anything else at the Cheesecake Factory. Today is no different. There was extra sauce just as I had asked for. There also seemed to be a heftier portion of angel hair pasta than usual. That put a smile on his face. He even said he might only eat half and save half so he would have room for cheesecake. ......... he ate every bite of both.The Scampi is one of those dishes that you would be happy with just the creamy garlicy sauce, oven roasted garlic and pasta by itself. The shrimp is amazing but the sauce alone with pasta or rice could be a whole meal. For dessert he chose the Original Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake. The Original Cheesecake is perfection. It's the flavor that launched an empire. The strawberries were covered in a glaze that was sweet enough to enhance the flavor of the fruit but not erase the goodness that nature gave it. Delicious Now my turn. I ordered the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes. They are quite sweet and are topped with pico de gallo and avocado. It comes with a salsa verde. It also comes with sour cream. I had I removed because I'm allergic. It was my first time having this dish and I loved it. It's an appetizer so if you are going to split with friends it comes three to an order. I had it as my entree so I can save room for dessert. I almost always get the Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake. I asked for extra whip for my Birthday. they gave me an extra dollop. Yay!!!! The whip is important to me because I can't eat the whole slice. Because of my wheat allergy I definitely can't eat the crust. I just eat the middle whipped cream, bananas, and the middle of the slice and take medicine for any cross contamination. Everything was absolutely delicious. They also included the delicious brown and white bread. My husband usually doesn't eat too much bread but he likes this bread. I remember how delicious the bread was. Yummy . Cheesecake Factory is always good and for me a five star all the time!!! read more

We went there for my husband's birthday. I thought that they would have seen the notes for the reservation about my husband's birthday. Nothing was said and I was very disappointed. We went there a few times before this and it's always been ok. The food was good. It's pretty pricey there too. The service was pretty good. The ambiance was nice there. Not sure if I would go there again. Thank you read more
