Authetic and delicious cuban flavor! We ordered the 305 sandwich and it was so good! It had great flavor and perfect lunch after we did our pottery class down the street. The place feels very homey and you order at the counter. Service was friendly and easy to find a lot of parking. We also ordered the cheese roll that is similar to Portos. It had a very flaky crust with a good amount of cheese inside. On Tuesday's they have their 305 sandwich for only $8 which is a great deal! It's usually $12 which we paid for but next time! Their menu is pretty big and they have a few meal combos as well. Overall, I will definitely come back and try more of their foods. Heading back to Cali and was craving some real Cuban food. Stopped by Cubanidad and it did not disappoint. Vegas heat is no joke and it was a bit hot inside without AC, Super chill setup. You order at the counter and they bring it right to your table. The whole spot gives Tampa energy. I know because I'm from Tampa! Food came out fast. The Tampa Cuban sandwich is so authentic and spot on. Also got the roast pork with rice and plantains. The pork was soft and seasoned perfectly. The shredded beef with Cuban rice was the third dish and it was just pure fire. Super rich and flavorful. This was a great discovery for me today! I love Cuban food and haven't had it for a while. At the entrance are some great specials - Tuesday $8 Cubans and 2p and on they offer a free beer with a purchase (Happy Hour). When you walk in the place is beautifully decorated! Melissa was at the front taking orders and she also expedites the food. She was so friendly, super helpful in explaining what they had and made our entire visit great! We tried the Cuban which was delicious. The roasted pork was tender and flavorful as it was pressed between Cuban bread. Delicious! The Cuban pizza takes a few more minutes to bake - but fresh goodness needs patience. We enjoyed our Cuban first anyhow so we were content. The pizza came out nice and hot, a really good portion and plenty of our selected pineapple and ham toppings. The crust had a nice crunch and the pizza dough was nice and fluffy. Really tasty! I was excited to visit this restaurant - and left disappointed! Came for dinner and ordered their flagship sandwich 305 with plantains, ham and cheese croquettes and plantains as a side. Mango juice instead of soda! Croquettes were great, but they were so small - about the size of a pinky finger. Mango juice was also good and this is the reason - for more than one star. 305 sandwich was not good - it was in fact a total disappointment. Instead tasting pork ham and cheese, it was soaked in yellow mustard and cucumber. No other flavor came through...not even a cheese. Might as well call this yellow onion sandwich. This is a great place for a quick bite especially on a Tuesday! Their 305 sandwich is only $8 on Tuesdays which is a great price!! It wasn't too packed when I came and parking is easy. The r essentially the same thing but with diff breads. The madianoche had a sweet egg bread but honestly I didn't taste a difference. 9/10 for both sandwiches! Full of flavor and the way they pressed the sandwich was perfect. Cripsy on the outside and soft ion the inside. I also ordered a combo for one of the sandwiches. The fries were good but nothing different from other places. I also got a drink and opted for Their frescas. I tried the mango and the watermelon. I think I liked the mango more since it wasn't as sweet as the watermelon but both were super good. I feel guilty for finishing two cups! lol. I'm newer to Cuban food and this was an excellent introduction. I tried the mojo roasted pork fried rice- the pork was sublime. Absolutely perfect flavor. The rice was great too, I just wish I had known it had bean sprouts (I think?) because I would've ordered without them. But the flavor was amazing! I also tried a couple sauces, the spicy yellow and spicy chimichurri. The yellow was okay, but if there was any spice in it, I sure couldn't find it. Yesterday we visited their Eastern location. The Pan Con Lechon sandwich was delicious with the side of sweet plantains. Tried their pizza cubana- mixta pizza pepperoni and ham toppings. It was ok. Dough was thick. I like my pizza Neapolitan style. Had to try their desserts. Flan was smooth and creamy. Tres leches was moist. Both are heavenly! I was pleasantly surprised to see a cuban restaurant open in the shopping center on eastern and Horizon Ridge. The place was spotlessly clean with several tables for dining. A bright display exhibits a variety of menu choices. I opted for a cuban sandwich and a spinach empanada. The area where you order had a loud fan blowing, making it difficult to hear the cashier, but I managed to get her recommendation. The is sandwich was made in front of me, the empanada was premade and needed to be just reheated. The empanada was mostly cold by the time I got to my car. The crust was light and flaky and the filling reminded me of a spinach dip appetizer. I wish it had been heated a bit more before serving. The cuban sandwich was the star of the show. I was glad I didn't get the fries and drink combo as the sandwich filled me up. The portion was large and the meet and veggies were fresh and well seasoned. I was debating a 4 or 5 star review for this place. So, I can definitely say their rating of 4.5 stars is well deserved. The place is nice and inviting. Husband and wife team working behind the counter helped us out. The kids meal at $9 for that portion of meat, Cuban fried rice, and sweet fried plantains is insane. My son got the mojo pork, and it was a pretty epic looking plate, especially for a kids meal. Somebody at this business explain to me why you got rid of the BEST burger on your menu: the "Ay Mamita burger"?! The cooks STILL know how to make it, you have ALL the ingredients, but I am unable to order it?? Then I get charged nearly double because your cashier decided that's what she felt to charge me? As a Puerto Rican in Vegas, I'm always looking for a Spanish restaurant with that home cooking appeal. I was not disappointed in my first meal. Ordered the "Ropa Vieja" which means "old clothes". It was served with white rice and black beans; the beef was perfectly seasoned and tasted great. A close ALMOST to mom's cooking. The portion of food for the money was excellent. Alberto is a cook, but is a great multitasker and you'd think he works part time as a representative of the place. Dalia was also kind and welcoming, she was incredibly inclusive and it added a nice touch. It even has a little acidity from the onions which were probably pickled in some sort of vinegar brine and the fat was rendered beautifully, definitely recommend that plate. You walk to a very nice and clean place with a very cool interior vibe. This is one of those wait in line to order your food and they come bring it to you. If you never had Cuban food you are gonna love it. We started off with three different empanadas to share and all three were spectacular. The girl who took our order brought over our mains and what a beautiful site. Roast pork with a side of Cuban style black beans and rice and some fries. Everything tasted phenomenal from start to finish. They have some beers and canned drinks at the counter or fresh drinks and one of those cool soda machines with a bunch of flavors to choose from in the back. This restaurant is by no means massive in size but what you get is massive in taste. If you were like me putting it off well don't any longer. I initially said I'd have water but when I saw the offerings I went and bought a cup. Food was out relatively quickly. The rice slaps!!! SUPER flavorful and the meat was super tender and delicious. The vibe is so tropical and chill. I almost expected old men smoking cigars, ceiling fans and women wearing hats full of fruit. OK, those might be stereotypes but the FLAVORS here are totally authentic .We have the Christmas season prix-fixe special which included sangria, soup, salad, entree and dessert and everything was fabulous. Have been to another location but was not impressed. The food here is pretty close to perfect. I had Bistec Palomilla, Black Beans, Rice and Sweet Bananas and my Cuban husband had Masistas Pork, Congri, and Sweet Bananas. They had a special if you ordered full plate you get a free beer. So that was nice. Place was big, clean but the women's bathroom was very dirty, dark liquid draining from a wall, toilet was dirty and full of a bunch of wadded up toilet paper. Went there for Sunday lunch and thought it would be a good spot for empanadas. Boy, I was wrong. The young lady with glasses at the helm of the restaurant as she stood near the register, did not say hello or any welcome in to their restaurant. When I walked in at about noon, there was nobody there. The whole place was empty, should've took that as a hint. So I said hello to the young lady as to my wife and she did not respond, just stared at us and we were like I guess we can order? Still no response. Either way we broke ground and ask a few questions with nothing more the add or to elaborate on their menu and items as in the empanadas. Once we received the empanadas, the ham and cheese didn't taste good as the ham was not cooked inside, the beef and olive was decent but had no olives, the only one worth anything was the guava and cheese because it was the largest of them and taste was good. But, sitting there listening to their Spanish music station which was ok until the kristy nobody nome (misspelled purposely) immigration commercial came on and it played some horrible horrific lies about Latinos as we sit in this Cuban Restaurant!! It played again within a few minutes and I was asking the young lady with glasses to turn this garbage off and she acted as if she didn't know what I was saying. I repeated it in English and Spanish multiple times and she was not even moved. So, we walked out and definitely not going back as it's over priced, no taste and under cooked food items. Their other Latino restaurants way better than this literally hole in the wall that should be shuttered. Why are they even open? Nobody was there the whole hour and a half we were there.
