The 5 small chucks of chicken on my salad felt a little like getting ripped off.

I have had two bad experiences in a row at this location. The first, my chicken sandwich was filled with gristle, and I though, "Never again." But I went back recently, where I got the corn chowder. Not only was it not warm, it was overpriced and honestly the sweetest corn chowder I've ever had. That being said, their treats are delicious, and their bread is good too. read more

This place is cute, but disorganized. They sold me a kind of coffee they didn't actually carry so I had to get a refund and go to Starbucks to get what I needed. My husband got a dark roast and it was lukewarm. A disappointment. read more

Worst Kneaders on the Wasatch front. I've had problem after problem and when I finally decided to talk to the manager about it tonight, all he did was make excuses. The employees are rude (with the exception of one who has always been very sweet), my avocados were dark brown (really?), and I wasn't told that they don't sell a cup of soup any more and was sold a bowl of soup instead. There was no mention when I ordered, that I could have gotten a cup of soup with the sandwich that I ordered. As a busy working mom, I normally eat here several times a week (in Orem previous to our move), but I'll never come back here. It's not worth it! read more

Sandwiches and soups are good, but not spectacular. I hear the breakfasts and desserts are to die for, but I haven't tried any. If you're looking for a soup/sandwich location, there are better places for sure. read more

this was by far the worst experience I have had at Kneaders. I have ate at the Provo & lindon locations and loved every bite. But this location was horrible. There was hardly any meat on our sandwiches and the au jus was so salty. We were hungry so we ate it, but we will never go back there again, total waste of $25 read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a salad, they had the best turkey cranberry salad ever. However, after having 3 consistently terrible salad experiences, kneaders if off my list of places to eat. The salads now consist of mostly the bottom part lettuce, 1/4 cup of turkey and a sparse amount of cheese, seeds and cranberries. It makes me so sad to see this place go down hill. I'd rather get a salad at McDonald's to be quite honest. read more

I just tried the order online option. Loved it!!!! IT TOOK ALL OF 3 MINUTES FROM START TO FINISH. I will be using this again.

When I visit Utah I always have to make a stop at Kneaders for their delicious French Toast!!! I love it and the service is always great!

Was not bad food. The deserts are great and the breads are good. If you are going for bread and deserts to take home you'll be better off. The service is okay but they are closed on Sundays. This is Utah though so what are you going to do. read more

Best French toast in the whole world!! (Seriously). Whether it is their bread, soup, smoothie or desserts you can't go wrong. Love it here.

Oh kneaders, I love you!! My wife and I eat here every Saturday, the breakfast sandwich is amazing. The bread and pastries here and always delicious, and coke is good and my wife loves the frozen hot chocolate. The service is always friendly and the store is always clean. read more

Food is good. Service is not! They took away a bunch of deals for Saturday night! Plus corporate doesn't seem to care about their customers. When you write them, they won't respond back. Pretty low blow if you ask me. Most companies will at least respond. read more

Really, really disappointed! I ordered my usual chicken salad croissant. While the sandwich was great, the salad was not. All the lettuce was brown and wilted. It was obviously old. I'd rather be told they are out of salad than to be served uneatable, brown salad. read more

just bought a loaf of rystic rye bread there. It looked small, took it home an weighed it 11.3 oz. they have shrunk the loaf size and left the price the same. I asked the girl at kneaders what happened. She told me they had a new baker. What a rip off read more

I've bought bad soup there twice now. No flavor in the first quart and it went straight to the trash. Today's Loaded Potato is a thin, grainy gruel. The chunks of potatoes were clearly frozen so the texture is weird. The flavor is poor at best. I think I will stick with their pastries from now on. read more

I absolutely love the caramel macchiatos and I have to say the service is awesome there..never had a bad experience, it's clean and the employees are so nice and helpful. There is one employee in particular who is always nice and has a smile on his face at all times, I think his name is Brian:-) love the blueberry muffin tops too, they are super good. read more
