Let me start by saying that I am a magnet for sub-par food and accidents in general. Every place has them. Yesterday when I came, I ordered a salad w/o croutons (because gluten), and whoever prepared it decided to put a bit of muffin in my salad. Yes, muffin. I told the manager, he sincerely apologized, and asked for the chance to make it up with a replacement. So I came in today, ordered the same salad. What I got was a joke. Someone made the decision to give me the worst, wilted, slimy, and previously frozen lettuce they forgot to throw out last week, covered in lettuce they may have gotten recently. When I told the worker, she shrugged and said sorry, it happens. Which, I guess it does. My plate is full of slimy and otherwise inedible salad greens. I'm giving up, and leaving hungry because I've accidentally bitten into a few too many disguised leaves, and this is getting gross. I was told about Kneaders by several friends who lived or visited Utah. This is the only one I've been to, so I have no idea if the others were different, but here's my take on the place. Honestly, it's just not worth all the hype. The french toast was good, but the fixings is what made the toast, but the toast themselves. I had the omelette as well. Nothing to write home about. Had a smoothie and something so unremarkable that I don't remember. All of this food was shared between me and my two children. Again, just....average. I wouldn't choose to come back here. The service was fine and the decor was very cute, I'll give it that. But for me and my money, I'd rather try something else. read more

Typically I love kneaders. Lately every time I come they are out of a lot of items on the menu. Not just before closing, but at lunch time and prime dinner times. I got a samdwhich and brownie which were both completely soggy and could barely be held together. There was one other family in line before us and the restaurant wasn't busy but it took at least 30 minutes to get our order. This wasn't a time they were short staffed either, this was at 7pm . I really used to loved Kneaders but I've been very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experiences lately. read more

Normally I love kneader's, but this location was terrible. The French toast was burnt, they said strawberries and whipped cream was extra- which it's not at any other location- and they gave hardly any syrup where usually I feel like I almost too much syrup. I ordered my food online to be ready at 0730 from the Kneaders in Spanish Fork. When I arrived I was informed that the soup I ordered wasn't available, so they asked me what I wanted to replace it with. I mentioned that I didn't like any of their other options but finally I chose the "chicken noodle." Online there isn't a way to add bacon to your order, that I could find so I wrote it in where the name was. That cost me a dollar extra (no issue.) I also ordered 3 baked goods. When I was watching my order get put together I asked to please separate the hot and cold items into different bags. I meant the omelettes away from the cold baked goods that were taken out of the display case. As I was standing there I asked about the pumpkin bread I ordered, the person putting the order together told me they had it, and someone else told her that they were not made yet. She said; "Well why didn't I know that?" The reason I had even asked, is none were on their shelves out front. But I was hoping maybe they had one in back. So than the woman that told the other woman that they didn't have any pumpkin bread told me that I could have a different kind, she seemed to get a bit of an attitude when I asked her to just please cancel it. She asked me if I had the same credit card I used for the online purchase, which I did. She said that I should see the refund within 48 hours, if I don't I should call their store. I wish that was where this ended. I was looking in the bag, and the person putting the order together told me the soup wasn't hot yet so I would need to take it home and warm it up. I said, "You didn't tell me that. Also what are these?" They had substituted 2 rolls for the sourdough I had ordered without bothering to tell me, they were out of that too. I asked them to please just cancel that. I had to hand over my credit card again. I drove really far to come to this location, (25 miles one way) it felt like, whatever could go wrong did. And the woman putting the order together told me that for future reference, their soup isn't usually ready until about 0930 even though they open at 0700 for breakfast! When I finally got my order home, the toast was soggy because they put it in their plastic container on top of two orange slices. I have eaten here in person, this was my first and last attempt at carry out. Eighteen dollars worth of my order (more than half) needed to be refunded. Their only saving grace, if you're a Veteran they offer you a Free drink. The orange juice (fresh squeezed) was delicious :) read more

HORRIBLE!!!! We went to Kneaders and the cashier got 90% of the order wrong, the lobster bisque tasted like rotten seafood, the drink machine was busted, and my husband's sandwich was awful! I contacted management, the did not care to respond to my survey, even though I requested they contact me. I send a DM on Instagram and only got told the items we ordered were "bakery favorites" and that they would credit my rewards card. Um, no thanks, I'LL NEVER RETURN!! Was really looking forward to their Turkey avocado bacon sandwich at lunch today at the Spanish Fork location. $9.15 later, all I had in front of me was a plate of regret and disappointment. The ingredients inside the sandwich were not even half as thick as one slice of the bread. The focacia bread was spongy and not at all like real focacia. Very little turkey; a bit of bacon and only a taste of avocado.And that price was for the sandwich ONLY. Not even a bag of chips to go with it like they used to do. At least the water was free. I really felt ripped off when I left. I can get a helluva lot more for nine bucks than Kneader's stingy portions. I'll never go back. read more
