    French dip

My food was delicious, as always. But they ran out of turkey as we were standing in line. Which was surprising and disappointing. It was only 3:00. And both of my favorite items involve turkey. So I just had the broccoli cheddar soup. I usually get a salad as well. I was a little disappointed. But the soup was really good. And I got a fruit tart for dessert so I was plenty full. Hubs got a French dip sandwich and an eclair and he loved his. We love Kneaders so this won't keep us from coming back. Just a tad disappointed.

    Club Sandwich

It feels like Panera and Starbucks had a baby when you enter. Staff was friendly enough, but the location felt a little... unkempt. They are a little pricey, I paid $16 for sandwich and a drink. I had a club sandwich on French country bread. Fresh ingredients, fresh bread, good sammich.

One very small piece of cheesecake.

We generally do not have an issue with Kneaders. We bought a piece of cheesecake for $6. It is tiny. This review is only about how the price did not match the goods we paid for. See the picture. Maybe it was what was left over. The Maceys in SF sells individual slices of cheesecake for $5, twice this size and yummy.

Absolute disgrace. This is the second time going to this kneaders specifically because I was desperate for some soup. The first time I went was when I first moved this far south, after expecting the same service and food quality as I get from the other kneaders, I was sorely disappointed. It took over a year before I was willing to try it again and to my surprise, nothing changed. Pictures included are of my sad excuse for a raspberry cheesecake which looks like it has been sat on and squished. It's probably half the size it should be. Absolutely smothered with raspberry to try and cover their mistakes. For a near $6 cheesecake, kneaders should be ashamed. Booooo!

And now I'm glad that they have a shop here in Spanish Fork. Service is great. But the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The seating area is always clean and bright. Now for the food. The cheesesteak is made with thinly sliced steak cooked fresh on the grill with onions and peppers and mushroom mushrooms. I don't get the peppers. They give me heartburn. But the way they cook this is so awesome. The steak is always tender and juicy. And they use a little bit of salt use a little bit of salt, but a lot of black pepper. And that's what I love. And then they melt the provolone cheese on top and then put it all in one of the softest tastiest best buns I ever ever eaten. I got the full-size. They also have a half size and a monster size. They have expanded their menu to include pastrami. But I will always get the steak and everything.

Bread was great meat tasted great. Could have used some chopped hot peppers but overall it was good. Daughter who wanted to get something else ate a few bites of mine and said "yeh we should come back". Service was quick, place wasn't packed on a Wednesday night not surprised, probably busier on the weekends or maybe even earlier. But we will visit again.

WOW!!!! Absolutely BEST burger in Utah! This is really the perfect burger. I wouldn't change a…read morething. PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this out if you haven't!! First of all, you know it's gonna be good when it's listed as a "meat shop" rather than a restaurant! They source their meats only a few miles away from the shop in Provo and are committed to raising their cattle well. (Company quote: "If you take care of the cows, the cows take care of you") I love supporting a restaurant with well-sourced meat. Fun pictures and neon signs all around the shop, and the butcher is just in the back so you know it's fresh!! Great crew super friendly and service was fast. Now the actual burger. The toasted brioche bun, double stacked meat perfectly crispy in the smash burger style with American cheese, thick leafy lettuce, a couple tomatoes, perfect amount of onion, thick crisp pickles, and custom fry-sauce-esque "farmhouse sauce" was just *chefs kiss*!!! I don't even like pickles very much but it all came together perfectly on the burger. Fries were great too! And all that for a reasonable price! So after reading this review, the only question you should be asking yourself is... Why would you go anywhere else?

Delicious! I had the…read moreBig Mosida Burger, which is a quarter pound smashed patty and the fries. Both are great! I don't know why there are reviews criticizing the bun as being a "store bought," regular, and generic. It was obviously a crafted bun and of high quality that matched the burger. The burger was juicy, tasty, and was everything I wanted for a birthday supper. The fries were nicely seasoned and fried perfectly in their tallow, which is what I wished all the burger joints would use for their fries. Like McDonald's used to do when their fries were the best. I'm not a fan of fry sauce--I know, heresy in Utah! LOL--but I did like and use their fry sauce, it is good. They use the same spice in it as they do their fries. The employees are very friendly. The interior is simple. We ate at the window bar which was nice. Looked in their refrigerator case and their meat looks excellent. Their prices are really reasonable, in some cases about equal to grocery store prices, so why buy grocery store meat? I will be back! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
