The OEM parts were pricey and since my truck is nine years old, I couldn't justify using them. The staff were accommodating and had zero problems using the third party parts and thus saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very nice, finish the job as on time as promised, charged reasonably and if I need anything else repaired in the future I will undoubtedly return.

It was a quick turnaround, ready for pickup the same day. We prepaid for the part and expected to pay for labor at pickup. Instead we were surprised to be handed a check for $200. Turns out that we had paid for the wrong part and what we needed was actually cheaper. My experience with Crash Champions in Jackson, CA was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The…read morebiggest issue throughout the entire repair process was the complete lack of communication. My vehicle needed tires and rims, and to be inspected that there was no Damageand it took over four weeks for those repairs to be completed. During that time, I was almost never proactively updated on the status of my vehicle. In fact, the only way I ever received any information was by calling myself. If I didn't reach out, I simply wouldn't hear anything. Arturo was assigned to assist me, and unfortunately, his customer service was unacceptable. On multiple occasions, he told me he would call me back shortly, but hours would pass without any response. I repeatedly found myself having to follow up and chase down basic updates about my own vehicle. Returning customer calls and providing timely updates should be a standard part of customer service, yet neither happened consistently throughout my experience. Being without a vehicle for more than a month is stressful enough. Having to constantly track down information because no one communicates with you only makes the situation worse. I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy, but instead experienced poor communication, unreturned calls, and a lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Customers should not have to do all the work to find out what is happening with their vehicle.
