Jacob updated me throughout the process, and I never had to call to get an update, which was refreshing. The repair turned out great- the bumper looks like brand new. They even took care of small scratches that weren't part of the accident because they were polishing anyway, and did me a favor. All in all, very impressed. The accident was stressful, but Relux definitely made it a little less stressful. The only issue I have is the car rental company they work with, but honestly, that's not really something Relux can control.
