Our water heater died on a Saturday afternoon. We called Pollard. They were in the middle of a job…read morebut came over once they were done. Switched out the old water heater with a new one. Changed an odd gas valve placement too. After they left (and said they were going home for the day) we noticed our kitchen sink had almost no water output. We called and left a message. Forty five minutes later a man from Pollard showed up (the owner, maybe?). He had been on his way home when he got the message. It was our water filter stopping the water due the sediment in the line. Took him sixty-seconds to diagnose and fix. It was very nice for them to return so quickly to be sure our water was working, when they could have called and tried to diagnose the issue over the phone.
