They figured out the root cause and remedied both my indoor / outdoor electrical issues. They installed a new control panel and separated the indoor & outdoor circuits. Even though there was heavy rain that day, they came right away and continued to work on my electrical problems till it was repaired. After few months I called them for the noisy exhaust fans & installing new bathroom lights. They recommended Panasonic's quiet exhaust fans for my bathrooms & installed three of those exhaust fans. They also recommended & replaced my chandelier bulbs with bulbrite LED bulbs to drop the power bill for that chandelier from 800 wa to 100 watts. They explained & ensured safety of my home so that overloaded chandelier switch doesn't heat up and cause fire. I called them because they are accredited as master certified electrician. I didn't want to trust safety of my home with just any electrical company. Highly recommend them for professional, master certified safety & reasonably prices!

I tried to resolve things directly with Luis with numerous communication attempts before posting, but unfortunately, it's clear that loyal, quick-paying customers are disposable to Harvest Electrical Solutions these days. I've used Harvest Electrical Solutions for four different projects this year and spent just over $3,000. When I first started working with Luis, he was responsive and dependable, but that appears to have changed. Each project took longer to schedule, communication dropped off, and the last job was left **unfinished**. The last project included a few hours of panel work to rewire everything and add a ground bar, which resulted in all my breakers being jumbled up and mislabeled. Due to a more pressing emergency service call, he said he'd need to come back to relabel everything, which was no big deal to me at all. After scheduling a follow-up visit, he sent two guys out on June 6, who performed the panel coordination but left again after communicating that they'd need to create the labeling on a fresh panel and come back to finish once and for all. Since then, I've reached out to Luis six times with no response, which is unacceptable in the service industry. He mentioned multiple times at my house that he's busy with bigger jobs, so I guess it's clear now that smaller customers aren't a priority anymore. The reason I'm leaving a review here is that I'm now paying another electrician to finish what Harvest Electrical Solutions started. There are too many electrical contractors in the Houston area to deal with something as small as this, so hopefully this review prevents at least one person from experiencing the same thing. Very unprofessional way to treat repeat customers.

Luis and his crew with Harvest Electrical Solutions did a great job of replacing my outdated 4 Ft…read more T12 Florescent tubes with Ballast Bypass T8 LED tubes. I live in the Champions area and he was on time and explained everything he was doing. Within 2 hours the bulbs were replaced and the light output by the LED tubes is far superior to the old florescent tubes. Luis even took the old tubes and ballasts away to be disposed of in a proper way. Luis will be doing a 30Amp Generator inlet plug and lockout for my panel in the near future. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty breaker in the panel, which immediately fixed the kitchen issue. He also suggested tightening all of the neutrals in the breaker box to help address the flickering, and since then everything has been working perfectly with no issues at all. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, charged a very reasonable price, and didn't try to upsell or push unnecessary work. It still had the old tube and knob wiring and due to this, I could not get insulation installed because that would be a fire hazard. I had three companies come out to bid the job. A-pros were priced in the middle but they offered the best warranty out of the three and one of the companies didn't even plan to pull a city permit. Rene knew exactly what was needed to bring the house up to code. I provided them a list of the existing electrical and the items I wanted changed or added. They followed my list of requests and came with innovative solutions for many of the requests. One example would be the lighting added to my closets. They used can LED lights with motion sensors to avoid open element lights with cords or switches. They were able to use the electric panel I had replaced several years ago and did not try to make me replace it when it was not necessary. The whole job took two weeks to complete with a couple of short trips to finish up items like putting the outdoor lighting wires into conduit and installing dusk-to-dawn lights in the backyard that were on backorder. Every night Rene asked if I had any questions or concerns. Any concerns or questions were always addressed. The whole team was very professional and courteous. They were onsite when the city inspector came out and the job passed inspection on the first pass. They put a lot of work into this job and I appreciate a job well done.
