I got divorced and made an appointment in advance to go get things changed and into my name and renters insurance, etc...they had my name with ex's address, and vice versa...at the appointment the agent didn't even have info ready for me, I was there for over 45 minutes and got nothing accomplished and he wanted me to come back another day - then why did I make an appointment to come see you? He was very unorganized. After considering it I left them and went with Statefarm, and ever since I have still been getting notices that my policy is up for renewal, bills, etc...I have even since moved out of their state, and they are still using my old address and I'm still getting the mail I called them just now and the lady who answered the phone seemed even more incompetent than the agent. My saving grace is that mail doesn't get forwarded forever, because I don't think they will get anything corrected before then. I have nothing against Allstate insurance, used them for almost 20 years, just don't use this office...

I gave him the magic number, He quoted me about $30 more than what I was paying, I felt like I won our first marriage battle, Then he continued on, He started to explain their coverage, the little things that make them different, Example, I had only 30,000 of bodily injury. Naive me, I thought that was plenty, My husband had been injured before and he let me look at those bills years later, reconstructive knee surgery, Approx. $50,000. However, once I submitted my cancellation, I suddenly received multiple responses in a single day. That inconsistency says everything. Customer loyalty clearly doesn't matter here.
