When I tried to get help about it, the manager on duty was extremely rude and insulting! It took months, but I have proof that Xfinity is scamming customers by data loading accounts to make it look like you're using way more data. I average less than .25 gig/month. They data loaded my account to over 3 gig! DO NOT USE XFINITY MOBILE!!!!
