Parking is fine here- I walk in and there are multiple people waiting at the closed accordion door. One person said she came in before work early in the morning and they were closed and came back then they were still closed and the another person said they had been there since 2 or earlier and waited 45 minutes and they were still closed due to "lunch break" By 2:40, when I opened the gate door to confront the woman at her "lunch break" she said that her lunch started at 2:30pm. I asked when it was over so we knew when to come back and she just reiterated 2:30 and kept yammering on about it being her lunch break. How is that possible if someone else was here before 2:30 and she was no where to help? I'm going back today to resolve my key issue and hope at 10:30am they aren't on lunch break. As a note, most location INCLUDE lunch times and this one's signs did not. How are people supposed to know what is lunch hour and plan accordingly? I've dropped off UPS packages here multiple times. They are able to take them if you already have the label, but they can't print the labels because they aren't directly affiliated to UPS. For that, you would have to go directly to a UPS store. They are reasonably priced for their other services, and I've used their shredding services as well. Their store is always clean and tidy. I've never had a bad experience here & highly recommend them.

After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

One side of the building is a gift shop with some unique gifts. If you are looking for a location to ship items or need other services, this is the place to go.

FedEx to the rescue!…read more We were preparing for a grand opening in Wendell, and one of our activations involved a scavenger hunt with custom "golden tickets." I had ordered everything in advance and had it shipped directly to the site. FedEx showed the package as delivered and signed for, but once we started searching the mailroom, the package was nowhere to be found. Time for Plan B. Thankfully, I had the original ticket file. I sent it to this FedEx Office on Capital Boulevard around noon and requested a straightforward print job: color tickets, approximately 3 1/2 x 6 inches, printed on regular paper and cut to size. Nothing elaborate, but I needed them that day. By 6:30 p.m., they were ready -- and perfect. I had to drive into Raleigh from Wendell because there wasn't a convenient FedEx Office near the client site, but the trip was worth it. Pickup was quick, parking was easy right in front, the staff was professional, and most importantly, the finished product was exactly what I needed. No drama. No complications. They simply got the job done. I've always had good experiences with FedEx. It can cost a little more than some alternatives, but I appreciate the tracking and accountability, especially when I'm shipping or printing something important for work. When you're facing a deadline, reliability matters. And since I was already driving into Raleigh, I made a lovely dinner reservation afterward. Crisis solved AND dinner? I'll take the win!
