My 78 year old father accompanied me while I was trying to print some important medical documents. It was my first time visiting this location, and I was having difficulty with the printing process. When I politely asked Javier for assistance several times, he was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude. At one point, he even laughed in my face. My father witnessed the entire interaction. After we left the store, my father told me that he had experienced the same type of disrespectful treatment from Javier in the past, which is why he stopped coming to this location altogether. It was disheartening to hear that this behavior appears to be a pattern rather than an isolated incident. In contrast, Tashara was exceptional. She was patient, courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. She treated us with respect and provided the level of customer service every customer deserves.
