Kudos to Knight Plumbing for the rescue a few days before Christmas. I had a water heater issue and couldn't get the hot water line working again because I tried to replace the anode rod myself. I gave up and called a few companies. Some told me they wouldn't be available for days. I was down to two that could come out. The first, another company (Roto-xxxx--to avoid exposing them), sent a salesperson, not a technician. He said the repair wasn't possible and quoted me $3000+ to replace the heater. Basically, he lied. Knight Plumbing arrived a little later, and I'm so glad I waited for them. He saw the issue and honestly told me it was repairable for their fee ($185). I requested an appointment to fix my hot water tank, one week already. They did not respond.

Not happy with my experience. First they put my address in the system incorrectly and I caught it and called them when the tech said he was on the way. he hadn't shown up in 40 minutes and I called and asked what was going on and they said they had to delay him because they had entered the address in correctly, and I said fine but don't you think you should have told me that so I could have done something instead of looking out the window waiting for him? Also I did have my garbage disposal replaced, but I think people should know they charge 297 dollars an hour for labor at an hour minimum. The tech told me It would take him about 30 to 40 minutes. Yes, I could have refused and someone else put it in, but I'll just say for those looking to have a garbage disposal installed I believe you can get it installed for substantially less that 297 dollars for 30 minutes of work. Also, I was told I could save 100 dollars if I signed up for a 12 dollar a month warranty. I wasn't quite sure if that was a joke :-) read more

Jr is the tech that come out to do the yearly maintenance on our water heater. Very nice gentleman and polite. I like the fact that after introducing himself he immediately put shoe booties before entering our house! It must be a standard procedure for Knights Plumbing because last year when they came to replace my water heater Jason did the same thing! Last night our water stopped getting hot. We had to leave this morning for a conference and our son would be left without hot water for the week. We called Knights at 7:30 a.m. and by 9 they were here. Riley was so friendly on the phone. She said the part we needed was under warranty and would take 3 days but then she called back and said they found one for us. Weston and Zach finished the job quickly and were very professional and very friendly. We were prepared for another huge expense and only paid for the labor! I called on a Monday and Weston fixed the sink. How ever when I turned on my dishwasher on there was clunking sounds because the water was not running through the dishwasher. So I Called them back on Friday morning to let them know.. The lady on the phone stated that the guy would be out later that day so I waited from 2pm - 5pm and then she called me back and said sorry but he can not come out til Monday so I waited again on Monday for them 2-5pm again and once again she called me and said that the guy won't be able to come out again. But we can put you in tomorrow which was Tuesday Morning. He came on Tuesday morning and fixed it. So I give them 2 stars an customer service and 3 stars because they are expensive. read more
