She's had different companies come out to check her sewage line after finding roots in the system, every last one of them said she needs to replace the system. And that they need to dig out under the house. After having herk's come by and give his opinion, he said the pipe was already replaced and roots were coming in from the connection. He helped my mom call the city for them to take care of it, which they did. Cleaning out the line of roots and also apply weed and roots killer. He explained everything very well and also let my mom see what he saw on camera and explained it to her so she understands what's really going on. Would recommend herk's to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

At about 2 pm today a technician did arrive and then he said he'd have to go buy supplies--which is weird because why wasn't there shared notes between technicians regarding what was needed for the job--highly inefficient. So the technician left to the store after never actually working on our issue and never came back. We then got a call saying that they'd need to reschedule to Monday or Tuesday because the technician wasn't prepared. This doesn't work for us and we already communicated to the previous technician that Monday/Tuesday didn't work for us because we work full time. And regardless at this point, this business has proved itself to be inefficient and unreliable. I called the business to communicate again that Monday/Tuesday didn't work. I was told that I'd get called by a supervisor and they'd try to get someone out today. That was hours ago and there has been no communication since. Seems like the supervisors must not have a stand up character. The least they could do is call and apologize for the inconvenience. So in summary, Roto-Rooter is unprofessional and unreliable. He came out and checked the issue and at first quoted me $1500 then went down to $800, not sure how there was such a difference in cost but anyway, we paid the $800 to have the issue fixed and everything seemed fine. The next day, the issue had come up again, not even 12 hours later! He came back out and charged us again! $300 (which was 1/2 off because we paid cash, again, no consistency with pricing) but there was a warranty that stated "If within the Guarantee Period a drain stoppage or other defect in the repair of plumbing fixtures plumbing parts installed by Top Tier Plumbing Inc. occurs, Top Tier Plumbing Inc. will clear the drain stoppage, or repair or replace (at Top Tier Plumbing Inc.'s option) the plumbing fixture of plumbing part previously installed at no cost to the customer...", if there were any exclusions that would void my warranty, they did not mention that to me and since the issue occurred less than 24 hours of them fixing the initial issue, I'm not sure how long the warranty is even valid for and none of that was made clear to me as the customer. So now, at this point, we've already paid TWICE for the same issue to be fixed and then the issue came back AGAIN on the third day. I contacted Taylor and he said he'd come by again and he never showed up. I had to call him again the next day to remind him and he thanked me for reminding him, which tells me that he forgot that he had to come the day before! At this point, I had someone else come out and fix the issue but asked Taylor if he could still come to discuss the second charge we had since there's a warranty (on the receipt) and it hadn't even been 24 hours but he said there was no warranty and still never came by. Not happy with the service or customer service I received and we lost out on a lot of money. ---------------------------------------------- JULY 27 I would say: You never returned a third time, that's absolutely not true. Please provide written proof that you came back a third time at no charge. I called asking when Taylor would come back and he said "thanks for reminding me" and still never came back! We also have a ring camera and can show there is no one coming back from top tier plumbing a third time. Even though the second time you came out on a holiday, it was still less than 24 hours after the first time and it wasn't told to me or stated in the warranty that if you have to come out on a holiday, the warranty is void and we'd be charged at a discounted rate.... It's still not fixed still leaking everywhere City of Modesto came twice checked with cameras he showed me he told us everything looks good and said i wouldn't spend a dime on this your company wrote us a estimate for $3.000 plus we are seniors please don't break our arm n leg the only thing I'm really upset about not even 12hrs got same problem you guys charged my kids more money $312 some change This is not fair @ all i even talked to few people from city explaining them what's going it shouldn't be a next charge now 3rd time more money...

The owner of that business recommended Sunlight Electrical to fix my system. I spoke with Carlos at Sunlight. He sent out Isaac who seemed very capable. Isaac's assessment was that my system had multiple wiring issues and recommended a service that would require a larger team to complete. He explained why, and I concurred with Isaac's recommendation. Carlos scheduled a larger team to come out the next week. They were led by Jesus, who also seemed quite knowledgeable. Jesus and his team worked diligently for 4 hours. They found more wiring errors as Isaac has predicted. And they found a damaged Tesla MC2 unit on the roof which had cracked. After they completed their repairs, the system started operating better than it ever had before. I estimate that I am now getting an extra 10-15% more power from the solar panels. In addition to providing capable technicians, I really appreciate that Sunlight is so easy to work with. I asked several highly technical questions and always got thoughtful answers. If you want something done a specific way, just ask them. They have such a positive, customer oriented attitude that makes them a pleasure to deal with.

He took the time to deeply understand my system, reviewed actual spec sheets on the spot, and immediately identified issues that other contractors completely missed. Multiple companies told me Hyundai panels would work fine. Carlos checked the amperage limits, applied proper safety margin calculations, and clearly explained why those panels would not work with my EcoFlow system -- saving me from a costly mistake. I contacted this company to repair a leak in my master bathroom involving a soft copper pipe. The technician informed us that repairing the single leak was not advisable and insisted that all plumbing in our home needed to be replaced with PEX, warning that simply fixing the leak would "cause problems in the future." While presenting the quote, the technician repeatedly used pressure-based and fear-driven statements, including an example of another customer who allegedly needed 16 additional service visits after choosing a repair before ultimately replacing all piping. This created significant pressure to sign a contract. After reviewing the situation further, we exercised our legal right under California's 3-day cancellation policy and attempted to cancel the contract the following day. However, the contract did not include a physical address or email for submitting a written cancellation. The only available email was booking@nobleplumbers.com , which we used to send our cancellation notice. We also called to verbally confirm the cancellation and were told a manager would return our call. After over six hours with no response, we called again and were told the manager was in a meeting and might call later that evening or the next day. Given the strict cancellation window, this delay felt intentional and concerning. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company. The combination of pressure tactics, lack of clear cancellation information, and delayed communication made an already stressful situation significantly worse. read more

we had a main water pipe break. They came out the same day. diagnosed the problem. explained what needed to be done and wrote up the contract. the office personnel were friendly and responsive. Jesus and the rest of the crew were really nice and very hard working. had to dig up a lot to get the new piping to the main water hookup. excellent cleanup after each phase of the project. they started on Wednesday and we had water by Friday. they returned on Saturday and, except from the dry lawn patches from no watering, you would have never known what had happened. couldn't say enough nice things about everyone and a job well done! very reasonably priced and the did things above and beyond the call of duty. a big thanks from us! read more

Noble Plumbing is our new plumbing company. We will be calling them for anything that should arise in the future. They came out about 6 or 7 weeks ago to repair a leak in our shower. Despite needing a hard to find cartridge they were able to fix the leak. Six weeks later the part failed we called them and they were there the next day. Turns out the part broke outside of the 30 day gaurentee but they took care of the problem anyhow. Everyone was polite, courteous and professional, from the pleasant customer service on the telephone to the technicians. I can not recommend Noble Plumbing enough. read more

PG&E detected a leak from my hot water heater causing my bill to triple from last month. Noble Plumbing sent Peter out the SAME DAY I called and he replaced the temperature valve to stop the leak. He also replaced an old gate valve for a ball valve and installed a new cold water supply line. All this at a reasonable price! Peter was friendly, efficient and diagnosed the problem right away. Everything went well! They have unclogged our toilet 3x, installed out water heater and today installed a new sink faucet. Roger is the best plumber ! He's knowledgeable, prompt, polite And their prices can't be beat. When I needed to replace a 30 year old water heater.I called around for price quotes. I was told anywhere from 3k to 3,000.00. Extraordinary experience! I called New Years Eve re: clogged toilet. Was told plumber would arrive between 5:30-6:30pm. Mike arrived at 5:30pm on the dot! Quickly assessed situation & resolved it. The $50 appt fee went toward total fee charged. Learned Noble specializes in urgent/emergency situations. Certainly explains why I got service on New Years Eve, when other plumbers wouldn't come for 2 more days! Many, many Thanks!! read more

I highly recommend Noble Plumbing. John and his employees are very professional and knowledgeable. We had a complicated situation running interior to outside propane piping in an existing home through 3 stories. They also rose to the task of installing 2 hot water on demand units bran new to the market. They nailed it with no problems! What an excellent company. Special thanks to Mike for the superb and fast workmanship. We called them late afternoon on Wednesday freaking out because we had a leak from upstairs bathroom into garage when we used the bathtub. Scheduled them to come out next day. Mike #25 was very courteous and made me feel comfortable. He was patient with my little dog that got away from me and kept barking at him. He quickly assessed the problem. This the 2nd time I use noble plumbing services and they always come through providing our residence clogging issues with amazing work. Upon doing so on 31 December, Tom initiated a call to the owner Miguel who intern let us know he would be out the next morning to replace our water heater.
