I'm not certain why they feel like regular questions are insulting or disrespectful. However, that's how they will treat them. If a company doesn't think communicating effectively is necessary, then you shouldn't be in customer service.

Adrijon came out quickly and did the job in about an hour and charged us $305. They did a beautiful job and now the gate is so much easier to operate.
