Except there happened to be an idiot answering thier phones today.I called to see if an appointment was necessary. Unfortunately some guy answers the phone plainly "Hello". I asked if this was the gym, he rudely says "yeah what do you want". Really?! I decided to hang up. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and show up, maybe they had an idiot answering their phone that day. Nope!!! I'm guessing he's the owner and trainer!! I show up with another adult and two teens who were ready to sign up for boxing classes. We step inside and the gym is empty, zero patrons and the guy says "Yeah what do you want". I told him that we were there to see the gym and talk about pricing and signing up. He just points to the empty gym and says "that's the gym", what else do you want. WTF?! Is this really happening. Still, I remained calm and asked to walk around, he says "yeah but don't touch anything!" very rudely. At that point I walk around and see that he has all the right basic equipment. However because of his shitty attitude, we decided to walk right out. No way am I paying $260 a month for two teens and $600 for 10 sessions with an asshole! If we were training and everything..... SURE talk shit to me and get me pissed off....but no way am I giving a complete douche bag my money. This is not how you do business, get business or deal with potential clients who pay you money!! I'd rather take shitty boxing classes at the gym than to give this turd any money!

The golf course is amazing 18 holes and all very fun. I've been lately getting into golf and really starting to enjoy it. If you are in the position too this is the place to golf at for sure. They offer so many amenities I only saw a few but what a great place. Also service was amazing everyone was so nice and helpful. Also the food was really good and the drinks were also made well. I definitely recommend this club I will be back next year for the event then for sure!

He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and gave me pointers on what I should focus on in the gym to stay consistent and make progress. I tole her she needs to call someone to clean up before anyone slipped. She said "ok" but continued chatting. I told her again, "you don't want anyone slip there and....." she replied "ok" again and the male guest even added "it'll be taken care of" but no one comes. I took the photos of the floor & the desk. I guess, they don't give a hoot if someone slips and falls. Sad for the LA Fitness if they get sued. Well, 7 minutes later, the desk girl finally walked to the back, I assume to get someone. Finally 10 minutes later, someone came to mop the floor. PHEW!!!!

I've been a member for about 3 months and it's been such an incredible experience so far. Sivan was super helpful and helped me sign up. Her and along with everyone else I've encountered with have been nothing but wonderful. I did my assessment and complimentary personal training session with Jenn. She has such an extensive knowledge about wellness especially when it comes to women's health. She gave me some pointers about rebuilding my pelvic floor strength and put together a plan for me. I've also attended a few mat pilates and spin classes, which were great. Last month, I had a facial in their spa which was relaxing and exactly what I needed after not having a facial for almost a year. On a few occasions, I've brought my son with me and had him stay in the Kids Club. Emme and the others are so sweet and welcoming. Overall my experience at Equinox Woodland Hills has been really wonderful - from the welcoming staff, clean facility, variety of classes, to the positive vibes. Now as a working mom, I don't have as much time to go as often but I'm hoping to keep up with my work out routine.

I have been training with the same coach for 10 years, but he lives outside the United States, so I train with him online. This has been my established training routine for many years. I was told that speaking on the phone while training is not allowed. I understand having rules, but the enforcement felt extremely inconsistent, as I regularly saw other members talking on the phone and recording videos while working out. I explained that I was not disturbing anyone, was not speaking loudly, and was willing to train in a corner. I spoke with the General Manager and explained that if I could not continue training with my coach, I would have to cancel my membership. Unfortunately, I was simply told that I could cancel. After being a member for over a year, I was extremely disappointed by the way this was handled. For a premium gym, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Equinox Woodland Hills. There are many newer gyms in the area with modern equipment, polite and welcoming staff, and much better customer service. In my opinion, Equinox Woodland Hills does not justify its premium price. Based on my experience, I do not recommend it.

The space where the athletes have to play, the bathrooms are ATROCIOUS and there is very limited seating. The audacity to charge $15 for no seats, filth as soon as you walk through the door and hot Cheetos is laughable. And like many other youth sports complexes, you pay to enter BUT you don't even have anywhere to sit, the floors are dangerous (not swept OR mopped) so the kids fall and the restrooms are unsanitary. There's not a cleaning person or team in sight. Not even the owner attempts to clean. And the safety and cleanliness is solely on the owner but the sports organizations that rents out these facilities because they don't hold the venue/owner responsible but they'll take your money!

I can't tell you how much Coach Bertrand and UBA have helped my son back from his wrist injury to now enjoy playing basketball again. Coach B's patience and ability to figure out different ways to make my son comfortable while learning again was amazing. My son is now playing multiple sports at school and is progressing really well in Basketball, football and golf. Coach B's conditioning training and his basketball fundamentals courses have been a blessing to us. It's also cool to see some of the older college players he's working with. My son gets to chat with them when we're getting ready for his class. If you are anywhere in the west valley of Los Angeles, this is the place for Basketball private lessons for kids. We've tried a few in the past and nothing compares to the coaching style and knowledge of Coach B.
