So let me explain how I even came to find these folks and why I'm very glad I did. If you're like me, you look for people not only good at what they do, you want to deal with people who are generally nice and well-rounded who are going to treat you well because that's who they are and it's just how they deal with people, probably not ONLY customers, but in everyday dealings with anyone. It's harder and harder to find that anymore, no one wants to put in effort or treat others with respect, people barely make eye contact anymore. These guys blew me away... right from the start they were nice and easy to talk to, they looked at the car while I was standing there and you could tell these people really wanted to fix the body work... some people simply enjoy their job and these guys fit that profile. I brought them a car that I was expecting to hear something outrageous in terms of price or time... you brace yourself for the worst you know? I had already brought the car to a big shop that turned me away because I wasn't coming to them with an insurance damage vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted with smiles that didn't seem forced, they put me at ease almost immediately by just being positive and letting me know they could handle the job I was bringing them. From there, they gave it a good look over and made me a VERY fair cost estimate. I won't be tacky and talk about price, they are extremely talented and need to be able to maneuver around each individual customer's need and me barking out a price will only hinder that. I'll just say it was very fair. Then, there's the communication... it was excellent! I had a question in between the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it and they were responsive, that's also rare these days. Lastly, the quality of the work... I'll show you in these pictures Ive uploaded to the review, but I can tell you now, the damage was absolutely impossible to see and I picked up the car in bright skies where nothing could hide from view. Even the dents and paint issues where the door jambs meet the roof, you know, those tight, super hard to manuever in little gutters? Yeah, there was damage there too... not anymore... you can't even tell there was ever a single dent or issue at all. In a nutshell, I'll be coming back to them with anything I need down the road and handing out all the business cards I can for them and letting those looking for a talented crew who follows traditional customer server values all about them far into the future. I wanted to leave a detailed review here since I didn't see any previously and I was one of Knockout Hail Repairs first customers. At first I was a little skeptical. One of their sales team members was in our neighborhood and stopped by my home to tell me they have noticed hail damage on my truck. Lately I have been so busy I haven't even had time to think about getting it repaired. They offered to help me file the claim right there which they said would take approximately 10-15min of my time, then they would take my truck from here (and if I needed it, they would set my rental up for me through my insurance) then bring it back once it was complete. It seemed too good to be true... So I jumped on the chance! It was such a huge relief, from start to to finish the process took about 15min with no disruption to my life. I had a great deal of hail damage on my 2018 GMC Denali 2500HD. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when they brought my truck back to me I honestly couldn't believe how incredible the work was. At first I didn't think it was possible because of how severe the damage was. I can't see or feel any remnants of dents anywhere on my vehicle. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone! They even kept me updated during the process of my repairs. They will definitely be my future hail repair shop from here on out. 2 weeks after buying my new 2023 Trailblazer, it was SEVERELY damaged by a hailstorm. After watching videos of dent removal, I searched the internet for a company who could do paintless dent repair and came upon Knockout Hail Repair. I gave them a call and talked to Brittany about my plight. She assured me that they would take care of me, and they definitely did. They were my voice with my insurance company and with the rental company AND my car was repaired quickly and the work was remarkable. I'm really happy with the excellent customer service KNOCKOUT HAIL REPAIR offers. Due to the recent TORNADO in Shawnee, Oklahoma, the automobile sustained major hail damage. I contacted KNOCKOUT HAIL REPAIR and they discovered that my insurance company had overlooked some damage during their initial inspection of the vehicle. I own a 2020 F250 and its black, it shows everything. I was very leery about the process of pulling or rubbing out the hail damage, it seemed to large and to many dents. An employee suggest that I call Brittany at Knockout Hail Repair.
