The suspicious site that pulls up when I click on the site from Apple Maps

I live right down the road. Have ordered from here off and on for years. Had a hard time finding their menu tonight. I can usually look on Apple Maps and click on their website. Now it goes to a suspicious site. So I looked up "Knockout Pizza in Hesperia" on my browser and found the menu finally. Just called to order delivery and the total cost was twice what the menu price was. I then asked how much delivery was, which she said is $3 (great price btw, if the menu prices are correct) I asked the lady why the price was so high online, and she said it's not their website or pricing. Even though it's their name, their address, and the copy-write date says 2025(in photo). I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was the manager. I asked her to honor the price stated online which she refused. I told her that's false advertising and then she said she was no longer interested in taking our order. Makes no sense, but their customer service has gone down hill over the years so I'm not surprised. They Just lost some long time customers. We will never order from them again.

Pizza is very good, but sandwiches are kinda skimpy on the meat. I had the large meatball (6" small and 12" large), the ingredients were good and fresh, the bread was a thinner style then subway, using maybe 6, 1" tall meatballs cut in half and spread in line across the sandwich, between the meat, sauce and cheese the, there wasn't enough stuff to keep the two prices of bread from touching each other, I had to open it up to see if there was anything inside. read more

The best thing about this place is the location. They are the only place in the area. Sometimes the orders are right, sometimes not. The pizza is a little better than frozen box. It's not terrible but only ok. read more

Knockout Pizza doesn't disappoint. Our family absolutely loves Knockout. The owner, Eddie, operates this place with his family and used to work at the original K.O.s Pizza. Great little pizza joint! I have been here numerous times and it has been a hit with both my wife and kids. They have enough options to keep my lady happy with salads, calzones, and lasagna while me and the kids mow down their delicious pizza. Def. a family atmosphere as the owners do seem to let their kids be involved with work but I think its a great thing to teach your kids the value of hard work. Although there are kids around its not uncomfortable to grab a beer and watch a game while you eat like you would at many pizza joints. All in all I just wish the place was a little closer to home so I could visit more often. read more

KNOCKOUT PIZZA (formerly known as KO's Pizza) is now under new management. I'm a former employee and I must say that the quality is back to what it was like in the early nineties. No kids running the place into the ground, the new owners are professional and serious about rebuilding the former loyal client base. Everything I've had is good, pizza, salad, & sandwiches. If you're out on the mesa, go back & give it a try. read more

This place is a great place to eat. The food is outstanding!!! We had the Chicken Alfredo pizza and it was unbelievable. I tried that pizza at another chain place and it could not even compare to Knockout Pizza. Knockout has really great crust and ingredients. Family owned and operated. They always make you feel like you have just come into the kitchen of your best friends house to just hang out and kick it. There are not enough words to say how awesome this place is. Eddie and his family are friendly, professional and just down home. They make you fee like you are one of the family. read more

Take-out Pizza was very good until recently. I seems they now favor in-house customers and discourage take-out orders, long wait time (1 hour) and my last order must have sat on top of the oven for 1/2 hour, it was dry and over cooked. SAD read more

I give the pizza a 5 star. The customer service is TERRIBLE! Super rude people especially the old broad that takes the orders. Went in at 745pm on Sunday while the signs said OPEN and the old broad told us they were closed. I told her nicely the open sign was still on outside. She rudely said they had no time to turn off. Not my problem and do not have an attitude. Terrible customer service! Will not go there till they straighten up. Boo! I hope your reading this you terrible pizza place. read more

Eddie worked at KO's pizza for Kurt Oden Bekke staring in 92 and left when Kurt passed away in 02... Eddie and Crystal decided to buy the business when KO's went out of business in 01/12, still using the legacy of Kurt we called it Knock Out Pizza!

To the owners: Don't lie to your customers…read more My family and I have been going to this Texas Roadhouse since it opened. We have been there at least 30 times. The food quality is usually good and they have always been quick to address any issues. But something has changed. Our party of 6 was there to celebrate a birthday. All of us ordered cocktails or beer along with our meals. My daughter in law ordered a drink she'd had before and after one sip said it was made totally wrong and was not good. We informed our waiter, who had to bring over a manager, who flat out lied and said there's a new law that says they cannot remake or refund drinks. I checked and there is no such law. She told me this policy comes from the new owners of the company and I'd have to call and discuss it with them. Unfortunately there is no way to call, their phone system puts you into a loop where you can't actually reach anyone. And, while I'm here, in case management cares, recently the cleanliness of the restaurant has been in decline. The floors are pretty gross with fries, and other bits of food that has been trampled through. The cloth napkins smell like rancid oil. The bathrooms are neglected and super nasty. And the staff seems either poorly trained or overworked because the overall service level has declined over our past several visits. I'm sad to write this as it really was one of our favorite places up here in the high desert. I hope they can turn things around.

We were hoping they'd be able to accommodate our group of 13 on a Saturday around 11, including two kids in high chairs. We had to wait an hour for our table but it was totally worth it. We were helped with a total pro; she was so patient, took our orders promptly. The other staff as so good about refilling drinks, etc. Our group ordered breakfast and lunch items. Everything was delicious, no one had any complaints. Also impressive was that once the dishes started coming out, it was a steady delivery and we all ate together - that's no small feat for a big group. We look forward to coming back. I only wish they used Yelp's wait list system; that would be awesome. The one downside is the parking lot is pretty small for the number of people who come here to eat and street parking also fills quickly.

So I have ordered pizza two times from Knockout Pizza since the new owner Eddie. Both times our pizza was mushy soggy and just down right nasty. Note i live down the street and if this place was good i would order my pizzas from there since its down the street. Recently he got offended when i socially commented on someones post about my bad experiences with their pizzas. He told me i should order my pizza well done, but i thought you only order steaks or hamburgers well done? I have never had to order a pizza well done LOL He thought i was being rude and mean, i think i was just being honest and giving criticism which I hope he soaks in. Worst pizza I've ever had anywhere. On the bright side my hubby says they have Coors Original on tap. lol read more

One of the best places in the High Desert! Every day I find new people coming to check this place out and.. Who can blame them! I heard they just had the ENTIRE staff from Applebee's here for a corporate meeting and now I see why! Enormous dining room for it's location.. Free WIFI... The COLDEST beer in the High Desert where the glass is literally frosted on top and the food... I have to admit they knocked out most of the competition and anyone who might dis-agree.. Was my favorite place not anymore went there Friday night waited in line 5 min with no help I get pizza there every weekend then some drunk regulars jump in front to pay there bill get help right away and it wasn't busy I say something and the old lady looks at me like I'm the asshole for waiting in line get my pizza home and its the worst pizza I've ever gotten from there got a family size ate 2 pieces threw away the rest I thought dominos sucked but I'll go there before I go back to ko's read more
