Quality pizza and friendly people. We try to get out here as often as we can. The pizza is one of the best up here. The drive is over two towns but it's worth the drive! We order two family pizzas and two orders of garlic bread for 6 of us and we are still taking home another 3/4 of a pizza. We literally get full here! There are no hours listed on the front of the business. Yelp says they are open today from 11-4. We (two adults and three kids) stopped by at 11:45 and the door was unlocked and the inside lights were on, but none of the exterior neon lights were on. Before we got all the kids out we wanted to be sure the place was open. We checked the door and it was unlocked. We peeked in and it seemed opened. So proceeded to take out three kids and headed to the door. We were shocked to find the door locked! The same door that was unlocked! It was one of those doors you have to walk up to and lock, which means that whoever locked the door saw that we were getting everyone out of the car. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us they were going to lock the door. I've heard the pizza is great but I won't be going back to try. I went to the new restaurant on Maple and Main Street had their spaghetti with meat sauce it was excellent. The meat sauce actually had chunks of meat and tomatoes they actually gave me extra sauce in a separate container it was perfect for dipping my garlic bread in. Still, my favorite spaghetti is Vince's Spaghetti but for the HD this restaurant has them all beat up here and I've been to them all in the HD. read more

We love this place. We have been here many times. Our last time we went, our phone order had fallen behind something. It wasn't found until we went to pick it up. The cashier was very apologetic. We always get the specialty with onions, bell peppers, sausage, and pepperoni! Always delicious with not too much sauce and just enough cheese to make it extra special! You may not be able to dine in just yet but they are fast and efficient on timing when it comes to making their pizzas! Way better than Papa Johns, Dominos, and Pizza Hut made with very fresh ingredients! I'm a little sensitive to the acid in cheap tomato sauce and my stomach is always happy whenever I have their pizza. Their garlic bread is super tasty and not greasy at all. We had a family size pepperoni with Peperchinis pizza. It was way better then the last time I ordered from here. It's been a year since I ordered from here, but this time the pizza was on point. Very big slices. The cheese was stringy. It might have needed a little extra toppings but other then that it was still very good. read more

I really really wanted to like this place! When I first walked in the older lady at the front counter was VERY offputting,rude and just seemed annoyed with life.. then I start ordering and while ordering I didn't hear the lady right on the chicken wing size (i had been sick with plugged ears) and that PISSED HER OFF she threw up her hands and says "UMMM YEAH WE ONLY HAVE ONE SIZE ANYWAY!!!!!....." so I nicely apologized for not hearing her and she sighed very big and rolled her eyes..maybe reading this that didn't sound so rude but the tone was ridiculously offputting. The dining room is dim and dusty with only 2 of several games working. When the lady brought out the food she seemed to be much nicer and from then on she wasn't disrespectful like she was before. The chicken wings were absolutely soggy and inedible. The pizza and salad were pretty good but definitely not worth the $35.00 I spent. Not trying to bash a local business here but please give that woman an attitude check! She doesn't know what type of day people are having just be nice you're paid to be there babe! read more

1st time here. My husband went to the one in Riverside & had a calzone; he loved it & it was huge. Since we live in the HD my husband wanted to try this one. We ordered a Small Meatball Sub & Medium Combo (pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, sausage, olives) pizza. The meatball sub came out first; very heavy on the sauce & cheese. The bottom of the sub got extremely soggy so we just flipped it to resolve that. Meatballs were large and tasty. Not the best meatball sub I've ever had but good. Initially I thought the top of the bread would be rock hard but it was actually a good medium between crispy and tender. The pizza was much better; came out pipping hot and quickly. Lots of black olives & green peppers. The cheese was super melty. The crust was nice and crispy on the outside and tender. My husband found the meat toppings, sauce, & cheese to be a good amount. I would want more mushrooms. Our beloved Round Table on Dale Evans in Apple Valley has really gone down hill in the past couple of months so I think will be our go-to pizza place now. If you are an Iced Tea drinker ask for it at the order desk. Sweet n Low & Sugar are behind the counter as well. I'm going with 4 stars until we have more experience here. We have lived in the high desert for about 5 years now,and ALWAYS order Knock out Pizza. We get it delivered only because they always tell us 30 min so yeah why not.The first 4 years were great .. No complains. Only that we would like more than 1 cheese and 1 pepper pack. For our 4 large pizza orders. But o well we have our own now. We don't even ask them for that any more. No worries. Now to catch ya up to date our last 2 experiences with them have not been great. We had family over one night and called in a pretty big order, sub's,lasagna, spaghetti, pizzas and wings. And yeah I know it was a large order so I asked how long was the delivery vs.the pick up time and the guy on the phone said 30min for delivery and 20-30 min for pick up. So I said Wow really with that large order u can have it to me that quick.He said yes so of course we choose delivery and planned on a giving a great tip. So an hr went by and I gave the benefit of the doubt its a big order so it maybe here any time now. Nope! An hr and 15 I finally decided to call and check up on the status. And they told me my order still hadn't made it out the door yet. So I offered to pick it up and the guy says no we will have it there in 10 min. So I said ok ... Waited another 45 min and still Nothing! So I finally decided to call and ask for the manager and told him my issue and he apologized and gave a discount and he had it to us within 15 min of my call. I would have rathered my order here warm and paid full price. The kids warmed up their pizza in the microwave that night. We haven't ordered pizza lately like we used to. But last night felt like a Knock out pizza night. So I called in and placed an order for delivery. Just two pizzas and a 6pc wing and a lasagna order. The Boy that took my order was not professional at all. I gave him my order and he asked .. What are my cross streets so I told him and then a moment of silence.... And he says, so do yo want me just to leave it on the ground at the corner for you? I said, excuse me? He said , yeah ..do you want me just to leave it on the floor and you can get it for there? I was in so much shock! I did not expect that at all!! I said, why are you being so rude? He says well you only gave me you cross streets . I said well I was waiting till you asked for my address. And he laughed . I thought maybe he was writing my cross streets Down or looking on a map but didn't even think he was gonna be so rude. A So I gave my address and and asked how long is the wait he said 30-45 min. And i asked his name and he said a name and i was like ok thanks. ... So after I hung up I said to myself.. He sounds young and I'm gonna brush it off. Because I really like this place. (Their food,I should say) and so we waited .. An hr and 20 min pass so I called and the boy that answered said oh its out it should be there soon I said coo .. Hung up another 20 min pass and just decided to call and speak to the manager... I told her the whole situation and she apologized a few times and thanked me for calling to let her know what the order taker told me .. And I told her the name he gave me and she said she doesn't even have anyone by that name working there. So they obviously gave me a fake name. But she said she had a way of figuring out who it was. And order got here while I was on the phone with her. I really like their food but the service is not welcoming anymore like it used to. I will give it some time before I decide ordering from them again. Oh and the pizza we got was so dry and a Lil burnt. I hope things get better at that place. read more

Ive been here 6 times now. One dine in and 5 delivery. I have consistantly experience bad service and bad quality of food. The wings are soggy. They are put in pizza oven then soaked in sauce. Placed in a air tight container. You get them soggy if they deliver on time. Their pizza quality is hit and miss if they are busy. Or if they care. I dined in. Noone was there. Ok, my wife and I tried this place for the first time. The pizza was very good and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was good. Now, this place is in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. The floor is filthy and the display items were extremely dusty! We counted 7 people in the kitchen area but, they left tables and the floor dirty with food. One would think you would want a clean establishment for customers. Now the kicker. 7 people were in the kitchen with only one other family of four in the place the entire time we were there.
