Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication.
