originally left this place a 5 star review a couple years ago because the food and prices were great. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore.The last two times I went the pizza was very doughy, greasy and floppy like it was not cooked right and it just did not hold up at all. I also got a bottled Coke both times and they were flat. I checked the bottle code and it looks like it was past the best by date which makes it even worse At this point the quality is not the same as it used to be and I will not be coming back, not sure if they changed ownership but this place just seems lazy no wonder it's always dead when I walk in! read more

Took my family here for dinner on a Tuesday night. Walked in & the place was empty. We were immediately greeted by who I believe to be the owner. She was super nice & very friendly. As it was our first time there, she had us take a seat to review the menu before ordering. They only had 3 plain slices & a half buffalo chicken, half BBQ chicken pizza 'out' so we took the whole pie & 2 plain slices. The slices are larger than usual, which is a plus, so the pie was cut into 6 instead of the standard 8. We also ordered 12 wings with sauce on the side & 2 bubble teas. The plain slice was good & the buffalo chicken slice was great. The BBQ chicken slice however was dry. The wings were delicious as were the bubble teas. I had to try the ice cream as well, because, why not?! Being indecisive, the owner let me taste a few of the flavors before actually ordering & she even made a few suggestions for me. I settled on one scoop mint chip & one scoop strawberry cheesecake. While they both tasted fine - this is where they loose a star. The mint chip had chunks of ice throughout it and the strawberry cheesecake had a piece of plastic in it. Ice I could maybe understand but plastic?! I had taken the ice cream to go so I wasn't able to go back & show the owner what I had found. Overall, Knot Just Pizza is a nice place to stop in at to grab a bite to eat. If opting for ice cream though, be weary. read more

Ordered take out on Christmas Day and was surprised they were even open. I ordered on the slice app and All items were prepared according to the menu's description, chicken wings were big and flavor was good, the pizza was excellent but I wasn't a fan of the garlic bread. I took the garlic bread and toasted it a little longer because the bread was a bit soggy. I didn't dine in but the restaurant looked clean and even had an area where they prepared bubble tea/ ice cream. Will order again read more

It's a shame but I wasn't able to order anything. No service. Just a QR code to try to see what you want. No one helps you take orders. I was shocked to see no one helps you place your orders. I didn't feel the friendly atmosphere as other mentioned. And unfortunately we weren't able to taste anything. We had a party of 6 and we all ended up leaving. read more

The "owner" made our order incorrectly, making the incorrect sub because she doesn't know her own menu. I called to rectify the situation, was laughed at and RUDELY told that the meal I've ordered practically weekly for months had items on in that were NEVER on it before. She made the wrong sandwich, and the menu clearly indicates this. she then claimed that was ACTUALLY how it comes on the menu, prompting me to once again look up the menu and prove that she was in fact, wrong. When they first took over from Parma John's they were ok. They got better. Now they are getting worse and worse. I don't know what is going on with them. Half of our orders show up with burnt bottoms and not-quite-cooked tops. Today we ordered 2 calzones. One was near perfect, the other was black on the bottom and tasted like charcoal. I decided to call and request a new one. The second one came completely unsealed and when I picked it up the cheese just leaked out all over the place. When I called to complain they claimed the first 2 calzones were in the same oven the same length of time and they make calzones all the time and none of this is problem. The guy on the phone kept interrupting me and never once apologized that I was unhappy with my food even though we WERE regular customers that ordered from them once a week or so. EDIT: someone "PM'd" me (Jess F. who used the "compliment feature" abusively) to tell me "I highly doubt they sent you a calzone that was ripped open seam to seam. Cool your jets Rod." (I suspect an owner or employee). Please look carefully at the picture, see the cheese where the dough should be sealed together? I did not rip it open, I simply lifted the top after attempting to pick up the calzone. I promise you, my jets are cool, I simply want edible food that is not burnt for the hard-earned money I spent. Knots makes a good pizza. The dough is always fluffy and amazing. The knots are of course delicious. When they first opened, we had an issue with them giving me someone else's pizza instead of my own and instead of delivering the right pizza to both patrons, they had me drive it back and hand it to the woman it belonged to (which, had that been me, I wouldn't have accepted it coming from someone else who had already taken it home). So that was a little weird, but the food is overall good. Last week I did order a margherita pizza and it might be the first one I wasn't too impressed with (photo attached). Great Pizza! These guys delivered a pizza to a birthday party I attended in the area recently and I was very impressed with the quality. Their knots were outstanding and the pizza toppings were clearly fresh. The delivery time was also surprisingly quick. Apparently you can order online and include a tip with the order, which is convenient. Some attendees at the party were people who used to live in New Jersey and they couldn't believe how much they'd missed having great NJ pizza after trying it. Amazing place! You can tell from the new owners this is really something they love! My one child hates pizza but will gobble up pizza from here in minutes. The weekly knot specials are always great and something I look forward to trying whenever we order. The ice cream is a great treat we have gotten a couple times also. We needed a new pizza place, found this one on the slice app. Delivery is usually quick and courteous. So far we've only had pizza from there but it's been good every time. Decent amount of toppings, thin chewy and crispy crust, and always hot when delivered. My only real complaint is that we recently tried the margarita pizza and it seems to be jarred pre chopped garlic instead of fresh garlic. Delicious anyway but I would have preferred fresh. read more

Called in knots said 15 mins. Got there at 15 min. Watched them walk to the back and make them. Was told it would be two mins. Waiting 8-9. Asked for a free $2 slice for my wait and forgetting to make it. Refused. Got home and they were under cooked because they rushed. I used to go there 3 times a week.
