Daisy cuts her angles and shapes her just right. It's worth the wait to get her. We can always tell how the groomer was with our dog by the way she reacts. I don't think it's overpriced for the service they provide. And my dog can get service without the stress of a car ride. No 2 groomers are the same and Daisy is the one for us!

Went back and was charged a higher rate due to them saying the dog was matted. Which is not true. Recently missed an appt due to an emergency. They charged me full price and had 0 concern for rescheduling or the care of the animal. They simply want money. They hung up on me when I asked for an invoice. Poor business and terrible customer service by the front desk. Avoid this business if you want a groomer who only cares about their pockets.

I took my dog here for ~2 years, and each time, the cuts were very good. Unfortunately, on 1 visit last August, my dog returned home and had razor burns and cuts all over his underbody. While we were informed of the cut they did to his penile area, as you can see from the photos, it was all over his body. Clearly no care was given to the dog and the place just kept on cutting. This was very upsetting. When I asked the team for a refund or an apology, none was provided. I took the dog to the Vet where he received antibiotics so that the cuts did not spread for an infection. A simple apology and maybe some form of discount would have been nice, especially since we had been going there for years, but none was offered. Very upsetting way to do business and I would just be careful if you send a dog here.

Shout out to Kiersten and Janine you girls ROCK! One thing I want to remind people, the groomers just like salon workers work on commission,they don't get the full price that we pay for the groom, please remember to tip these hard workers. You wouldn't go to the salon and get your hair cut and not tip would you? Why should your pup be any different. The groomers actually work harder dealing with matts, lifting, bites etc. I used to be one of the oblivious who didn't think to tip and it was brought to my attention by another dog owner and I was mortified. They also have an amazing inventory of treats. Macy loves a particular kind of salmon treat that is very difficult to find. Alex and the team recently made a special order just for Macy and keeps inventory on hand so we can stock up with every visit!!!
